Runmore 5K Trainer
Hello, I'm a designer and I built a beautiful couch to 5K training app perfect for beginners.
The C25K program is a proven work out schedule to get you from your couch to running 5k in 9 weeks.
It's a very simple and colourful design language to compliment the C25K program and add a little fun to the work out. Hope you enjoy it!

Isn't this just a repeat of yesterday's announcement here?

last updated Aug 19 so not sure how well it still integrates with new versions of GFit.

may work quite well if it provides directions on what you need to do.
if mainly time based even an interval timer like this may work:

Could even have that running in the background with GFit (or sportygo /ghostracer) in the foreground to provide distance etc.
I used Runmore during my C25K, nice and simple and links with an Android wearOS watch if you have one.
