I just had an idea for an app that could give loads of soothing exercises and such to help calm you down for a panick attack. I thought I'd look for one first, and just found SAM which is very easy to use.
Self-Help Anxiety Management is a great app that I turn to when I'm feeling panicked. They have little exercises, like breathing or brushing your finger on an image, to help you calm down. It gives you something else to think about and something easy to do to manage anxiety.
Yes. It is absolutely normal. Things are so uncertain and uncertainty fosters fear and anxiety. Information is coming daily and things are so different this week than last. We are separated from loved ones and friends, hoping they are faring well. It is to be expected that your anxiety may wax and wane with each day, and sometimes hour by hour.
Please connect with your family and friends however you can remotely. It is advisable to limit your consumption of daily news. And definitely engage in activities you enjoy and find comforting that are healthy.
You are not alone. We are more distant but please don't isolate.
I am a mental health therapist. This is part of an email I sent out to clients. It's chock full of resources that I have no self interest in or monetary connection to. Maybe others can add on information. Feel free to dm me.

This is an app that I really enjoy for several reasons. They will walk you through mindfulness exercises, including working on being non-judgemental. There is a free option and more features you can pay for: https://www.headspace.com/headspace-meditation-app
SAM app, Virtual Hope Box, and PTSD Coach have a set of instructions based on your answers to general questions about how you are feeling. It's a great app if you are struggling with managing anxiety or thinking of self-harming:

I've used the following and, although a simple concept, really assisted me at peak panic.
