More sounds can be found on the homepage of the site. It's wonderful.
I hope you and your system member(s) get to have a moment to touch base after you are calm. You might try making that promise to yourself to see if it helps. If you make the promise, write it down as a reminder and be sure to follow through.
it's expensive but my specialist bought me this textbook and it's been helpful. if you want i can send you a picture of the chapter list and you can see if it interests you
Ah I can relate to so much of this. The intense push pull in relationships. At least you're understanding which parts it is coming from, i had no idea until my last breakup.
Do you know your attachment style? I have disorganised attachment. I'm finding the techniques of the Ideal Parent Figure protocol really helpful. The textbook is here (warning it's massive!) https://www.amazon.com/Attachment-Disturbances-Adults-Treatment-Comprehensive/dp/0393711528/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1525077099&sr=1-1&keywords=attachment+disturbances+in+adults
Good luck with the therapist!
There is an app we use for communication!
On Android its called Mytter, it let's you basically have a text conversation. I like it because each alt has their own profile, if someone needs to address the group they can write it there. We will look at it throughout the day! It is very helpful!

We use the pomodoro study method (using pomofocus.io to keep us on track) along with mynoise.net (we use any of them, depends on where we are) and listening to shadowatnoon's videos on youtube! We were doing all of them separately at first and decided to combine them and it just works for us.
