no. for stock updates you need the stock recovery, which isn't terribly hard to flash on your PC but is annoying to flash stock and then twrp.

download this and download the stock image i provided (this is for FRD-L04 extracted from B360) and download a fresh twrp image.

rename twrp to CUSTOM.IMG and stock to STOCK.IMG and put these on the internal storage. this allows you to seamlessly flash the two recoveries on the phone without using a PC if you are already rooted.
if not, just flash the stock image like you did with twrp and do the OTA update.
If you can't do it via USB transfer, I've had luck with this app and downloading the recoveries to my device.
As long as you're rooted and have an unlocked bootloader, should work for getting TWRP onto your device.
I'm using https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.graffixnyc.m8recoveryswitcher and it says I need a .img file of the stock recovery.
