There's a lot of sleep sound apps with similar icons.

I just have an app that lets me make custom ambient noise. It's called Sleep Sounds. There's also Rain Sounds by the same devs if you like that.

I have a couple of sound effect apps on rotation (on my phone) that have nature sounds, white noise and music which you can pick-and-choose from to find the best fit. You can also individually set the volume for each component.

The best thing is these apps can play in the background, whilst you doom scroll other things.

I then use YouTube meditations on top of these - my fav at the moment is The Honest Guys - lots of sleep meditations, stories, exercises to choose from.
