if you're READY to wake up, it's fairly easy. there's plenty of phone apps that will track your movements, set the alarm for a time range and wake you up when you're already stirring, not smack in the middle of a dream.
I've been using this one for a while, works well:

I work night-shift, so waking up at the same time every day is NOT possible (I get up at 15:30 to be at work at 6, get up at noon on my days off.).
Apps I use to sleep good:
Sleepbot, which uses motion tracking to wake you up at the ideal time.
I cant Wake up, This app is brutal. you need to play a few games before you can even snooze the damn thing.
A plugin timer wired to a lamp, so the room is lit when the alarms go off. This will help later in the year when the sun rises late.
What's an HRV?
Also what kind of phone do you have? There are a few apps that may fit what you are looking for, meaning you don't have to spend hundreds of dollars for specialty-made equipment.

There are apps for this. You place your phone on the bed and it tracks your movement. When you start moving more, it detects you're coming out of a cycle, and has the alarm go off at that time so it doesn't jolt you awake mid-cycle.
I use SleepBot, but there's a bunch and you can choose the one you like.
I don't know which one he uses exactly, but this is a decent one with the smart alarm. I think it was mentioned by Burnie ages back.

You tell it how much time you want considered for falling asleep. It can either track your movement to determine when to wake you up or it can go based off time. Essentially if you've been sleeping for the proper 7-9 hours your cycles should be about 30 minutes long. You can set a soft alarm that would only wake you up during the correct lighter cycle but will not wake you up during the wrong heavier cycle. Then you have a louder alarm half an hour later. If the first one didn't wake you up then you should be in the right cycle half an hour later and wake up feeling refreshed and more alert.
I switched back to Sleepbot.
It's nothing fancy and lack of updates(which is why I tried Sleep As Android), but it still works for me as I only use sleeping time tracking and debt display with simple interface.
However, I'm also looking for a new tracking app as well.
I, too, also want to know. The android app hasn't been updated since December 16, 2013 while their iOS version was last updated on Apr 11, 2016. I sent a message to the email listed on their site for support but I've gotten no response.
I missed going to the theater because of this issue and I had a friend's ticket........
SleepBot - A free app that tracks your movements during sleep and wakes you up at the best time. It is a personal favorite of mine.
Clockwork Tomato - Time management app that uses the Pomodoro technique to help you boost productivity.
Pushbullet and on iTunes - A must have for busy people who are managing a lot of devices.
Duolingo / iTunes - It is a famous one, but arguably the best language-related app, so I think it is worth mentioning.
Spritz - A new technology that supposedly improves your speed of reading. Can't really explain it good enough, so go check it out for yourself.
For an android app doing the same, I suggest sleepbot:

Because I was that roommate (literally the same situation last year with sharing a room): these two apps in conjunction saved me. Seriously, since getting these I've never slept in, ever, which knowing me is REALLY fucking something.
SleepBot (Android link, iOS link). It does a lot but most importantly, it monitors how you sleep so you can wake up at the lightest part of your sleep cycle within a certain time range (I have it set to half an hour). Makes it much easier to wake up in the morning if you're not in the middle of REM sleep!
I Can't Wake Up! Alarm Clock (Android link, iOS link). It doesn't turn off until you solve several puzzles and is very customisable- snooze limits, music you can play during snoozes, types and difficulty of puzzles, etc. This app is a bloody lifesaver.
I generally use them together, setting I Can't Wake Up 5 minutes after my SleepBot alarm so I wake up at the right time in my sleep cycle and don't fall back asleep.
Seriously, if your roommate is anything like me, she genuinely struggles with this and some people really do just have problems with being an incredibly heavy sleeper. Personally, if I don't set an alarm I will sleep anywhere between 10 and 16 hours a night (and 16 really isn't that much of an outlier). So please tell her about these apps! I was lucky that someone told me about them, I'd be screwed if they hadn't.
Sleepbot is a good app for recording sound while you sleep :)
I believe it was Sleepbot. Have fun...

Eu pessoalmente acho o Sleep Bot bem melhor, no meu caso ajuda a acordar melhor sim.
I use Sleepbot. Noise and movement detection, smart alarm for both sleeping and waking up, easy-to-read graphs
Is this the app you're telling about?
SleepBot does the same thing and is free...works pretty well :)
I prefer sleepbot because it's free.
I prefer Sleepbot, but same idea.
Have you tried a sleep cycle alarm clock? Link for android
