Well, since nobody else is being helpful, try this:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.abhijitvalluri.android.fitnotifications
It will let you use your charge 2 to get notifications that the app doesn't allow by default. It's really handy.
Check out the RENPHO bluetooth body fat scale on amazon. $37 canadian ($5) off right now. Picked it up back in december. Has its own app that shows Weight,BMI,BF% and more. The app then syncs with Fitbit to update your weight and BF%.
Fully reccomend it, being able to watch my BMI and BF% over just weight has kept me going on days the scale isnt too friendly.
Edit: Link
it is the original Charge- non HR version, i had one until about 1 year ago, there are no larger bands as they came in large or small size.... BUT you can Jerry rig an extension from an old watch your self or buy this...
https://www.amazon.com/Tkasing-Extender-Fitbit-CHARGE-Charge/dp/B01NGTZDXA
I've been using https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fitapp.fittofit to transfer daily my data to Google Fit, if that helps.
I used gorilla glue, combined with a new cover. The glue is probably not the best, as it dried with visible marks, but the cover hid them. The cover I got from Amazon: Fitbit Charge HR Band Cover Cases, BeneStellar 2-Pack Slim Designer Sleeve Protector Accessories (Set-1) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01FH8VX6O/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_zC3oybKS0HXRG
There is a better way. Fit Notifications - Get notifications from any app. I use it and it's great.
Accounts getting hacked usually happen when you reuse passwords. Check out https://haveibeenpwned.com/ to see what breaches you're in and stop reusing passwords and get a password manager.
I got this one and I love it:

I have had a few fitbits. They all do this. To get it to go away I'd have to switch wrists for a few days. Clean the strap with soap and water and even an alcohol wipe down. Upon recommendation in this sub I bought a replacement strap on Amazon that, while still causes a rash, it happens less frequently.

IDK what type of phone you have, but if you have Android:
It's what I use with my Alta HR, works perfectly.
Can you use "if this then that"? It's an app I use for similar things on my pebble. (I'm still a plebe with. Fitbit one/ haven't got my charge HR...yet)
Fitbit has these recipes for IFTTT (If This, Then That). At the end of the day for activities and every morning for sleep it updates a spreadsheet in my google drive with all of the details.
It is simple to set up and is free. You can find them here.
Recipe: Fitbit sleep to Google calendar. It requires you to manually change "to time" due to limitations on the GCal channel. How it works: When you complete a Fitbit sleep cycle a quick add event is created at the time you fell asleep - When you woke up is added first to event title (with asleep, awake and restless after it), so it is just to copy-paste that time into "to-time".
Looking at IFTTT, you can set a trigger from fitbit for the total amount of time you have slept (eg. 7 hours) to activate any number of light sources or switches (such as a WeMo Switch for your table lamp or Philips hue lightbulb).
Check this to see if it helps.
https://help.fitbit.com/customer/portal/articles/1230068-about-sleep-tracking
Also, go into the settings via a web browser and check to see what your actual sleep settings are on the band.
http://www.fitbit.com/settings/device .....then go to sleep tracking.
I bought this GoWise scale on Amazon a couple of years ago.
I use it's native app to log my weight etc. each day. It is NOT a WIFI sync scale; you have to manually put in the data in the GoWise app, but that takes all of 3 seconds. But from there it syncs over to the Fitbit app.
I found my outside by using the Bluetoothfinder app on my phone. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bluetoothFinder&hl=en_US
A few weeks ago, I discovered this app that syncs Fitbit activity to Google Fit. It's totally free, has no ads, and works like a charm. Might be worth checking out ...
> looking at the Charge HR alone, or must I just check my app?
Other than plugging it into the charger, I know of no way. Kind of silly.
> Also, do you all suggest a full battery drain to start?
No, charging up & down & up is a NiCad battery thing. The CHR has a lithium battery. Probably a lithium polymer, given its long life.
There's a low battery app you might like.
If you take it off and can't find it, this app can help!
Here are the details. You do not need to have any of these insurance. You can create a Kaiser account for free to get the discount. This worked for me two weeks ago.
The HR doesn't have activity reminders but I have heard of some using IFTTT to text them or email them with reminders if there's no activity for a set time. I haven't done this so I don't know if it is accurate or not but it might be worth looking into.
EDIT: A quick IFTTT search brought up this one.
https://ifttt.com/recipes/175911-get-a-notification-if-you-haven-t-reached-your-daily-fitness-goals
It's not a reminder per se...but it will tell you at a specific time if you haven't reached a certain goal for the day.
EDIT 2: This one gives you an insulting phone call lol!
I've done some research on this because I was in the market for one myself, so I'll share what I've concluded:
1) The only other scale that I've found that gets better reviews than the Aria (in terms of smart scales and syncing with the FitBit) is the Withings WS-50. I have heard that generally the Withings is better but comes at a higher price point, but coincidentally, leading to my next point:
2) The Withings is coincidentally at one of its lowest historical price points as of 12:00PM CST. Proof here. I just happened to see this and might have to consider purchasing one today.
3) In general, smart-scales are pretty inaccurate for everything other than weight, and even then, some other scales are better in terms of accuracy. The "dumb scales" can give you more precise and accurate weight measurements. But, if the body-fat measurements (although inaccurate) encourage you to lose more weight, then the $80+ more that it costs might actually be worth it.
4) In the end we are just trying to become more fit, and the hardest part of that goal is the motivation/discipline aspect. What a piece of technology does for someone is different for everyone, so if you like the Aria, keep it (or refund then buy the Withings). If not, refund it and get a more accurate scale and just log-in the weight manually.
My general rule of thumb nowadays is that a price-premium is worth paying for if it keeps you motivated/disciplined to keep fit, since you can't put a price on health.
TL;DR: It's really up to you and how the Aria affects your fitness journey
I'm getting ready to walk out the door, but perhaps you could set up an alert using the IFTTT Fitbit channel. I'm going to try to set this up later for myself since I've been getting too much sleep lately.
Recent public statement from fitbit with deeper explanation - http://www.fitbit.com/forcesupport
Specifically note - "our users who experienced allergic contact dermatitis likely reacted either to very small levels of methacrylates, which were part of the adhesives. . . "
I have a One and like it a lot.
It is more discreet than a Flex on the wrist. It is easily hidden on my waistband, or can be completely out of view in a pocket. It tells time and flights of stairs, but no goal setting.
I keep wanting one, because the convenience of not having to do anything to track is awesome. But it's not $130 awesome. I have a spreadsheet on my phone, that is a one-click to a live spreadsheet. I add type 3 digits and enter and voila, live tracking!
swipe, unlock (4 digit pin); tap on excel; tap on today's date; tap-tap-tap the weight; tap on enter; tap out; 12 clicks.
It's funny that Chromecast is $35, and has sold like a zillion units, seem to have much more technology in the box than the aria scale, which at $130 is tempting, but just not worth purchasing to me. If it was $35.00, I'd probably have two by now.
I'm using the one linked here: https://medium.com/technology-liberal-arts/80adce62cf5c except I converted it to excel and put it on skydrive because I was having trouble getting the google docs one to load from the phone reliably. If you do that, the chart might get messed up a bit and need some fixing. Also his dates are old, need to be updated to modern year.
What about a mall? What about a mask and some extra layers?
I am (was? it's been almost gone since I lost so much weight) asthmatic and cold air has always been one of my triggers. When we got hit with the first windchill under freezing I bought us balaclava masks ($15 or so at Amazon, https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00S0YA5GM/) and they helped immensely, they keep my head and neck very warm and they breathe really well. Plus they can be worn with or without covering the mouth and nose.
I also started experimenting with the clothing. I got thermal pants, these have been great in sub zero with just a windbreaker pant worn over. For the top I stopped wearing my parka and switched to wearing two pairs of long sleeve stay dry shirts over one short sleeve shirt of the same material. I am now even running wearing these, just this morning I was more concerned about the ice patches than I was about being able to breathe when it was so damn cold.
Weird about the price....dunno why anyone would buy one from Fitbit direct, I bought my Charge 2 from Amazon when it was $129.....it's $149 today on their website: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01K9S24EM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Get a cheap Android phone (like the $19 Net10 LG,) and use Sleep As Android. It's far more accurate and has many more functions, including sleep cycle approximation w/ adaptive alarm time. It's a great app.
SAA only works from your body movement, but in informal testing by my gf and me, we've found it to be better at judging where we are in our sleep cycles than my Fitbit Charge HR.
No issues syncing my iPhones with the Charge 2 and Flex over the last several years. Syncing issues seem to be with certain Android devices. I'm going with the Charge 3 after looking both at the Versa and the new Apple Watch.
You can get 20% off through the link below. You do not need to be a member of the healthcare service to get the discount.

Just two random notes not related to your question but related to purchasing the Fitbit Versa:

if you are wanting to use the Fitbit to pay for things then you will need to buy the Special Edition.

Also, I used this deal a few weeks ago to get a discount on my Fitbit from the Fitbit website. You can create an account through Kaiser without having their insurance. https://slickdeals.net/f/11937575-fitbit-discounts-18-20-off-down-to-48-to-184-through-insurance-wellness-programs?v=1&src=SiteSearch
Your best bet is to get ahold of Fitbit and get your account back. Try tweeting them and calling them, be persistent.
Your next issue is how they got in. What usually happens is people reuse passwords all the time and those passwords ended up in another breach. The hackers tried your login details on many sites until they got into your Fitbit. The biggest reason they like to steal Fitbit account is for a warranty scam.
You need to stop reusing passwords. Check out https://haveibeenpwned.com/ to see what breaches you're in and then get a password manager and give every account a unique password no matter how unimportant you think it is. Bitwarden, LastPass, 1Password, KeePassXC, Dashlane, RememBear, and Enpass are all fine options for a password manager. Just find one that suits your needs and start using it.
I think the lawsuit is ludicrous. Anyone can make anything look highly inaccurate depending on how you interpret the data-set.
When the news of these lawsuits broke out, Consumers Union/Consumer Reports made it a point to revisit their recommendation of the Charge HR, thinking that maybe they got something wrong.
They didn't get it wrong. They revisited the Charge HR and compared it to their most trusted piece of exercise heart rate monitoring gear and found that they were still very close, lawsuits be damned.
My own opinion is that the only people who will benefit from this lawsuit will be the lawyers involved - certainly not consumers. Fitbit is the biggest player in this space. It isn't surprising that the lawsuit is targeting them and not other companies like Garmin or Jawbone.
Fitbit could be proactive and may have found your password was used in other breaches. Check out https://haveibeenpwned.com/ to see if you been in any password breaches. If don't do it already get a password manager and give every account its own unique password.
I'm just going to introduce a controversial opinion here. sorry sorry
Ingress is run by Google so they can gather data about where people walk. The game isn't for the players; the players are the product, like Facebook users are the product. This wouldn't bother me, but I feel like it shows in the game's UI. After you've levelled up a bit it gets pretty repetitive.
Having said that, if you really love it, it'll get you LOADS of steps. :) I did enjoy it a lot, and did quite well at holding my town. I have my eye on a Kickstarter for a mobile game that is for players: Run An Empire. It's aimed at runners but it would work well for walking too. It gives you a reason to get out and about like Ingress does. There's 9 days left, and £1,200 left for the iPhone app, £11,200 left for the Android app.
Edit: Forgot to mention, there's the Ingress subreddit: /r/Ingress of course. :)
There aren't any on the FitBit but you can use an external site like If This Then That to do what you are looking for.
Here is an example that will send you an iOS notification at 8pm to go for a walk if you haven't met your step goal:
https://ifttt.com/recipes/178785-have-your-iphone-tell-you-to-go-for-a-walk
...and here is a similar one for Android:
https://ifttt.com/recipes/176313-haven-t-achieved-your-daily-goal-get-an-android-notification
If This Then That is pretty neat. I use a few of the FitBit recipes to log my data to a Google Drive spreadsheet as well as email a weekly sleep report. Worth checking out until FitBit creates a native option.
Hey everyone! 32/F looking for fitbit friends. I had a fitbit several years ago and recently got a Charge 2 and I'm looking forward to get back into it. I would love some friends!! 😊
Not sure about the stopwatch one but if you want your tracker to be less sensitive to step counting (still counts regular steps just not minimal hand gestures) try setting the watch setting to Dominant hand. This just makes it a little less sensitive to hand movements.
I was actually just going trough their FAQ. I'll copy paste some relevant info for you.
"Will Charge count steps when I’m working at a desk? Charge has been tested against activities like typing, writing, and using your computer. Generally, Charge will not pick up steps when you’re working at your desk. If it does pick up a few, these should not make a big difference in your overall stats. If you wear Charge on your dominant hand (e.g., the hand you write with), we recommend that you double check your device settings (see below). How can I make my Charge tracking more accurate?
You can improve the accuracy of your Charge by changing the Dominant Hand setting on your Device Settings page (http://www.fitbit.com/settings/device), which can be found under the gear icon in the upper right corner of your dashboard. Changing this setting to "Dominant" will decrease sensitivity of step counting and should reduce over counting of steps when your body is not moving. Using the "Non Dominant" setting will increase the sensitivity of step counting and can be used if your Charge is not counting enough steps. You can also add other personal settings such as stride length to make Charge more personalized for you."
I just got my Charge HR last night. Everyone feel free to add me! I would love some fitbit friends that would do the goals/challenges with me. OR someone to comment on my food log like "put down the fork, yo!" :)
IANAD, but no problem.
>The Aria scale measures body mass using bioimpedance analysis, which sends a small electric signal through the body. Because of this, we do not recommend that the Aria be used by people with an electrical implant, such as a heart pacemaker. Please consult with your doctor if you have questions regarding use of this device; technical specifications are available at http://www.fitbit.com/aria/specs.
>I found competing with friends is the best way to motivate myself. Get a few friends, compete with each other. If you don’t have enough friends using Fitbit, you an post your ID in Reddit or Fitbit community, to add more people.
Honestly, I've been doing Fitbit a month and THIS is my biggest motivator! The Reddit peeps are the best, nicest, and coolest competitors!
EDIT: Link fixed!
I wonder if it's possible to incorporate this IFTTT recipe to do the logging automatically. I'll give it a try.
Edit: Forgot to say: This is awesome!
Here is my recipie https://ifttt.com/recipes/188497-fitbit-daily-summary
There are a lot of data points unavailable. But both IFTTT and Fitbit are open to suggestions, so maybe some calorie data can be added.
The idea behind IFTTT is If this then that programming dumbed down for the massed. It is pretty great because I don't want to dig into an api for a simple task.
Let me know if you think of anything cool to do with it. I love me some data. (I am an SQL/Excel geek)
A .5" epoxy dot sticker (https://www.amazon.com/Bottle-Cap-Co-Vintage-Stickers/dp/B008EDWQKW) over the LEDs works on my black tattoo on my wrist. Failing getting epoxy stickers, the underside of my wrist works extremely well.
https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B08MLFWBMT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_1E007E0B3G40601WYZN2?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 This is a very light metal band. I also have a heavier one for depending upon how formal I want it to look. One nice advantage is that this comes with an adapter from the fitbit receiver to a standard quick release watch band. With the adapter you can now put any correctly sized band on the fitbit.

Greetings! I use this guy:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N1UX8RW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_eUibGb41V3G82?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
It uses bluetooth rather than wifi to sync to the renpho app and then that app dumps the data into the Fitbit app. Not sure if that's gonna do everything you need it to, but it works for me.
There are a ton on Amazon. I have a plain black and a plain orange. Using one right now to cover up the bubbling on my Charge HR band.
I replaced my frame with a square one I found on Amazon. It looks way nicer too, unlike the huge hexagon original one.
I also have the special edition with charcoal band and love it (and am female). The fabric band is so comfortable. Do not care for the rose gold, but love purple! So I ordered an extra purple band from Amazon. Check out the promotions on this one as well. I got 2 extra chargers and a lighter Gray band for a very low cost!

There's a CAVN 2-pack on Amazon with good reviews. I wouldn't think it'd damage the watch. It's like using an aftermarket phone charger.
Garmin just released the Forerunner 45 Plus: https://www.wareable.com/garmin/garmin-forerunner-45-plus-launches-8043 no music but it and the regular 45 are about 150.
Also, if you're willing to pay about 50 more, you can get a Vivoactive 3 with music off Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Garmin-v%C3%ADvoactive-Smartwatch-Contactless-Payments/dp/B07H275GZ8?currency=USD&language=en_US&th=1&psc=1
I assume you're American.
If they have an android phone, I recommend the Trusted Contacts app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.emergencyassist&hl=en_US
It is not what you might call an "active" GPS app--in that it does not always show GPS location all the time. The benefit is that it won't drain battery. The way it works is they install the app on their phone and add you (and anyone else) as trusted contacts. After it's set up, you can, within the app on your phone, press a button to query for them to share their location. After a certain amount of time passes--default is 5 minutes--the app automatically shares their location. Users can also share their location un-prompted, which is nice for 'checking in' with people who you'd like to know where you are, without having to write a text or call.
On the other hand, as I mentioned, it's not 'active' tracking; you don't get a location from them all the time, and it doesn't do anything fancy like "if they move outside of X radius, send me a message." Although I don't know any apps that do that off the top of my head.
Yeah fitbit is ridiculous. I use fittofit (fittofit) to sync my data to google fit so it's not all locked up in fitbit's silo.
Just search for it...It is the new launcher that all pixel phones use.
https://github.com/amirzaidi/Launcher3/releases/download/Pixel-v1.2/Launcher3-aosp-debug.apk
Or

There is an Android app, can't remember the name, but it shows you the bluetooth strength as you move around. It could maybe help.
Edit: Here you go.
You need root, an older Fitbit app (ver 2.10.1) and Tasker.
http://tasker.wikidot.com/notifications-to-fitbit-charge-hr
or Xposed and the app, SmarterBit (not sure if it still works with the newest app)
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mikerinehart.smarterbit
If you're on Android you can use Drivebit to easily log drives/rides. It has a simple widget to start/stop and I also use Tasker to start it when I get into my car.
You have to log it as driving. Here's an app that helps with that but not necessary to have. You just need to go into the track your exercise section and log it as driving. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.littlebytes.android.fitbitdrive
You can find other Bluetooth finders in the play store. I used this finder! when I lost my fitbit. I was going around in circles until I realized that it was accurate and my fitbit was right above me in the attic.
You can get a 20% off discount for Fitbit's online store from your insurance company that makes the Versa basically the same price. I was able to create an account with Kaiser even though I do not have their insurance to get the discount.
Here are the details about how to get the discount. https://slickdeals.net/share/android_app/t/11937575
Did you re-use a password? If so, your email address and password may have been hacked from another site and an attacker used that information to see if you had a Fitbit account. You can check your email address here to see if it has been part of any data breaches that could enable this sort of attack: https://haveibeenpwned.com/

It's not reasonable for Fitbit to manually approve everyone changing their own email address. I agree that Fitbit should offer MFA.
Sounds like you used a password that was in a breach. Check out https://haveibeenpwned.com/ to see what breaches you're in and get a password manager so you can stop reusing passwords.
Go to your GP and have your blood checked for mono, OP. The higher heartrate might indicate that you're fighting off infection. Having had mono twice, the only times in my life this kind of sleep happened to me, was right at the beginning of that ordeal. Link: https://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/understanding-mononucleosis-causes#1
Have you had flu symptoms or swollen lymph nodes recently?
I have only used the dongle to sync with my computer once, when i first turned on the device, so i don't really know. I can't see why it should be affected by issues with the app. I found the link for the google group for their beta test, maybe take a look at it.
This keeps getting spammed on Fitbit youtube repair videos.
I don't know how good these are.
I just got it, fixed it for me. If it's not rolled out in your region yet, I've submitted the APK to APKMirror and am waiting for it to be approved, but if you don't want to wait, I've also uploaded it ~~here~~.
Edit: Live now on APK Mirror, safe to download and install from there.
Cronometer. You can link you're Fitbit data with it and it will track your calorie deficit and weight over time. I like it as the database is much more accurate and has full nutrient data. Its database is not as comprehensive as Fitbit or MyFitnessPal if you like to record processed food, but since I mostly eat real food, it's great for me.
Sleep tracking is useful to give objective data about sleep quality. You can tell the difference between difficulty getting to sleep vs light and easily disturbed sleep all night. Depending on the device and supporting monitors, you can identify disruptions that can be addressed directly, but most importantly you can see if allegedly sleep improving tricks and techniques are actually doing anything.
For example, I don't think eating cherries had any effect at all, but the Philips Hue lights controlled by f.lux appear to be really helping.
That link is to the following info including Fitbit corporate office address and the contacts to reach out too if your as ticked off about this sensor as I am.....
I say we raid Fitbit and activate our sensors and forget about Area 51
The US Airforce has most likely already removing, or securing behind nuclear safe doors, ANYTHING comprimising from that base before Sept just incase, so there wont be anything too find.
We might as well go somewhere we can get something we have all paid for activated that wont lead to getting labeled a domestic terrorist....

-edit- the Surge has 'All the bells and whistles' but I have the Charge HR and am very happy with it.
Certain features that are not on the HR but are on the Surge (Such as GPS tracking, and multi sport etc etc) can be remedied by using "Run Keeper" on your mobile and then synching the fitbit to it
Avid fitbit user. Took a "break" for the past couple of months. Gained a few pounds unfortunately. Now averaging 12k a day, used to do double that. Maybe /r/fitbit can get me to do it!
Always keep in mind that if you do not buy the item from Fitbit's authorized retailers you may run in to problems when trying to get a warranty replacement. Ideally, you won't have to get a replacement, but if you're like me then your device is getting beat on day in and day out as you do work.
Yeah, no clue why someone downvoted me, but thanks for the support. :) I'm 4 days into owning it now and I've showered and washed dishes with the damn thing. No problems whatsoever. From the website itself: http://www.fitbit.com/flex/specs
There is FitRPG, and I just found BattleSuit Runner Fitness. I also am a fan of Zombies, Run!.
The first thing I can think of is to use IFTTT. Have the trigger be the email from fitbit saying that you've reached your goal (maybe reset your goal to slightly lower than what you're aiming for so you have some wiggle room) but have that email silenced so it doesn't alert your to their congrats/encouragement. Anway, have that congrats email trigger a warning email from IFTTT saying to be careful you are approaching your limit.
I haven't had fitbit for very long, so I may not quite get how their notifications work, but hopefully something like this might be workable for you. Good luck!
Orrr, as I was going to the fitbit site to link it, looks like they have a fitbit channel, so you can just use that to produce a android/ios notification of different goals/limits. IFTTT is pretty easy to use, but let me know if you are having issues and I can lend a hand.
Ha! That sounds really fun, and weird if guests come over for tea.
"Excuse me, Deirdre, I just need to run around the room so we can see our scones."
Edit: I'll tell you what, if it turned off my wifi connection if my step count went below a 3hr rolling average I would get WAY more exercise.
Edit again: But then how would it know to turn on again when I've done my steps? Perhaps it should just disable my browser. :P
Edit again again: Vote for Fitbit-IFTTT integration in the Fitbit new ideas forum! Suggest Fitbit as a channel on IFTTT!
What about something elastic, like this
I use this Renpho smart scale:
https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B085LBMP4Z/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It's been working great.
It has both Bluetooth, and WiFi features built-in.
I set it up to connect via WiFi, so I don't need to have my smartphone near by, nor on at all.
The only issue I had was the 1st time I tried to use it, it wouldn't sync via WiFi.
Turns out, even though I set it up to sync via WiFi, the 1st sync had to be performed via Bluetooth to my smart phone.
After the 1st successful Bluetooth sync, WiFi syncs performed flawlessly.
Links to my FitBit account, and automatically updates weight, and body fat percentage values.
Love it.
Okay, there is another issue I just remembered.
You need to be barefoot to get a body fat percentage ready, and because the surface is made of a glass material, to step off the scale, I need to roll each foot off the scale, or it'll stick to the bottom of a foot, and lift off the ground a bit.
I found them on Amazon, of course lol. They’re a little more expensive than others but they are definitely better quality and look nicer.
The link embed won’t work for me, so here’s the link (hope you can use it): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B093F62K8B/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_GFWQD5QNMC588W461W8K
This is the one I bought in the winter of 2017 and it's still going strong. It was a bit pricey, but at the time, I was struggling to wake up even with ample sleep.

It also has a sunset setting which actually does help me wind down. I wake up to a gradual sunrise with beach wave sounds at the desired wake-up time. You can also adjust the maximum brightness of your sunrise.
I had one of these last over two years, when it broke I bought another one. It's worked great for me.
Yeah, I would say so! I don't really notice it being wet, tbh. It doesn't drip or anything.

I have developed an app called Steptastic, it does exaclty what your requested.
Walk to any country in the world... but virtually!
Android only, hope you like it :)
Right there with you. This was my solution.

Yeah this is the one I bought.
iirc, it was a redditor on this sub that was speaking highly of it right around the time I got my Sense.
Doubling them up is actually not a bad idea. Adding yours to cart now. Thanks.
I read this book Breathe by James Nestor and it convinced me nasal breathing is the way.
They get into forcing nasal breathing while you sleep by using a small piece of medical tape over your mouth. It sounds crazy but I thought it was rather easy to get used to. I noticed a difference in sleep quality right away. Been doing it since last July.
I strongly prefer these metal loop bands over the silicone bands that came with the Fitbit. They're lighter, more breathable, and the magnetic clasp makes adjusting the size of the band quick and easy. The only issue I've had with them is that I work in a kitchen and sometimes forks, spoons, or knives will stick to the magnet and dangle from my wrist, lol.
I have the Fitbit charge 3, but you can take the watch strap off it an put it in an ankle strap. I have this one: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07HGPKJCB?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
It counts steps, but it can't get my pulse in the ankle strap so doesn't record exercise time. I used to tuck it in a sock (but that brings its own problems). If you can't remove the strap, threat it through your shoe laces instead.
I had a similar issue! I found a band that is like a scrunchie that I love. I wear it regularly. I only switch to the OG band when I exercise because sweat lol.
