My experience (been on fluoxetine for about ~10 years):
Try intermittent fasting. For some reason eating always makes me sleeping, been IF for a couple of months and have much more energy
Vitamin supplements. Check blood work to see if you have enough vit b, d and iron especially. Try to go for 100% rda of ALL vitamins+minerals. If money/time is an issue, at least take a multivitamin.
Drop sugar or at least reduce it.
Try green tea instead of coffee. It doesn't have caffeine but still will give you a more focused state of mind.
Make sure u drink sufficient amounts of water. This has to do with weight/age/gender. A nice app to find out required levels of water per day is Water Drink Reminder---->https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.northpark.drinkwater
Start jogging/running. This gives you a nice high that lasts quite long. Also, it helps with anxiety, as it relaxes you and ur sleep quality increases.
Wish u all the best
This was a great reminder for me, as I've been drinking less water during the winter because I'm not sweating as much, but I need it more than ever because of the dry air! I immediately filled up my water bottle and started guzzling, I already feel better than I did before.
Out of curiosity, I wondered if tracking your water intake would help you increase it and I found Water Your Body a smartphone app for doing just that, hopefully it's friendly reminders will get me to be smarter about my water. I believe it's just for Android phones, but I'm sure there's an equivalent for you iPhone users.
For me, I found when I drank a TON of water (think like 2.5-3.5 liters) a day, I didn't get this. When I wasn't drinking enough, I'd get this. Using the Cerave moisturizer for me also helped once it did develop. But keep that water intake up and it should help a ton. Grab an app or something to remind you. I use this one

set a target and a reminder interval. You'd be surprised how little water you drink once you start tracking it.
I captured my daily water intake using this android app. Then I recorded this data in Numbers and made this chart in it.
The darker bars are for the weekends and the lighter ones are for the weekdays. The blue line is the fortnightly average.
I take ADHD meds which dehydrate me and cause a lot of phlegm build up, the notification is exactly as you'd guess. It's a reminder for me to drink water. You can use it to log what you drank (e.g. different classifications for pop, water, juice, etc and overall fluids), check trends, etc.
It's appropriately called Water Drink Reminder.
I have a cell app

it is so simple. You put in the intervals that it reminds you to drink, and it has a simple feature for tracking your intake. I'm in the habit of drinking water, but when I just started, this app helped me out greatly.
On iOS I use iDrated, and on Android I use Water Your Body
I prefer iDrated because it's not as naggy, but I'm using an Android phone exclusively atm so Water Your Body it is!
On iOS I use iDrated, and on Android I use Water Your Body
Yes, same watch. This is the app After you install the app on both phone and watch, open the app on the phone and do the setup and try adding some cups of water. Then do the same on the watch. Restart the watch if it's still not working, could help

This is the best of the best. You can add custom cups and sizes. For example if I want to add 300ml of coffee or alcohol I can do that. I just make a custom cup of 300ml with a coffee icon. It's that simple

Yeah, without any aids I usually forget to hydrate anywhere near enough. Personally I use an Android app which tracks how much I've drank throughout the day. It has a number of useful feature like push notifications; an indicator to show how much you should have drunk; ability to set up various glass/cup/mug/container sizes to easily record when you've drunk something; and a function that allows you to put in your weight and gender and it sets your goal quantity for proper hydration. The app can be found here for anyone who could use it:

I have the registered version, which I don't remember which features it unlocked, but it was well worth the few dollars they charge for a lifetime license.
I also have a morning routine to do set up to drink 500mL shortly after I wake up which I find also helps boost the intake consistently from day to day.
Hope this helps :)
For daily recurrent reminders, I used Water Drink Reminder did exactly what I needed, I just knew that instead of drinking water I wanted to do something else
FWIW, I use an app on my phone called "Water Drink Reminder" that bugs me every so often during the day to drink more water, if I haven't logged any in the given time period (whatever I set that to be). It seems to help me stay on track.
I use a conventional 21 oz water bottle and use Water Drink Reminder to keep track of my daily consumption. A real kidney saver!
If you u have an Android phone, i'd suggest the one i'm using currently: Water Drink Reminder. It's free and have many cool extra features.
Yeah I see what you mean. I wonder if it's because the days are not bordered like how the bottom of the weeks are. Either way it's coming along great. I love the idea. I feel like the things I track most are fasting hours and daily how much water I consume. My water app has a bar similar to yours: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.northpark.drinkwater it's very motivating :) thanks for your hard work!
Hey, do you have an Android phone? You could try this app. It's free and seems to be just what you need.
Also, I've never been too keen on drinking water, but I really love sparkling water. Maybe give it a try?
First 5 days are awful, it gets better after that. It's clichéd but plenty of water (250ml per 15 minutes is the most efficient way to absorb the water), fruits (citrus and bananas are great), I get insatiable hunger on my first 5 WD days I take advantage of this to eat red meat, fish and fuckloads of salad and nuts (I cook at home so it's easy to prepare healthy dishes, also get nuts that aren't 99.9% salt). Ignore the pull to buy shitty food, it seems like a good option but it's not!
The mental fog will clear eventually, coffee helps a little, black tea is a godsend (little caffeine push, good for you and tasty) Also it's easy to eat yourself sick so watch out.
1 10mg Valium in the morning for the first 5-6 days will render you a little lethargic but it helps with the shitty feeling.
EAT TOMATOES! They're very good for you and fucking tasty. I either have a few like an apple a snack or cut them in half, put them on a tray with some salt, pepper and olive oil and stick that in the oven for 30mins or so to have with a meal.
Also doing 3000m on a rowing machine every so often (ideally every morning) helps become more motivated and normal during the first week. I prefer rowing machines to running because it's more of a full body workout and less fuck-you-in-the-arse than running.
Best of luck! Not that you'll need it, cause we all know you CAN do it.
Self-actualise! Reach your huge potential! You're programmed to do that! The inclination to self-actualise is built into each and every one of us from the day we were conceived!
Useful for water consumption if you're on android:

Lots of love,

PS tell me if I'm sounding like a pompous condescending cunt, I'm tryna be less of a narcissist and less arrogant.
That sounds like a little too much....I usually go for the rule of 1oz of water per 2lbs of bodyweight. I weigh 200lbs, so I go for 100oz of water a day. More if I workout or am outside.
I also use this app to keep track of how much I'm drinking.

We both are almost same. PE classes were torture, I can't tolerate pain ( I am becoming better though) but I was overweight and I needed to reduce weight to have a healthy body.
I tried, failed and learned for a long time. And with those lessons now I have lost around 15 pounds. Here's what I did:
First day, I decided I'd start walking, not the brisk paced one. Just the normal way I walk. I didn't set a goal instead I just walked until I felt tired and then recorded how much time it took me to get tired. It was 20 mins.
So for the next day my aim was to walk more than 20 mins. Not setting a definite amount of time helped me feel more free and gradually the time increased and I increased pace gradually too. When my walking was burning a considerable amount of calories, I decided to start working out.
Again the same process. First day without goal and then a little more than the previous day.
I don't remember how much time it was but let's say 5 mins and then the next day I had to do more than 5 mins, but I couldn't. I just flopped on the floor like a heap of hay. But what I did was I didn't just stop and leave. I lay there listening to my own breath and feeling my heart thump like I was dying.
Once all that stopped in a few minutes, I again stood up and did a few more minutes of workout. This way now I walk for 2 hours a day and workout somewhere around 30 minutes.
Now that you know the process. Here are few more things you must know
Hope this helps
So I'm on Android, but there's probably similar apps available on iOS. I think it's more what they do to my mentality than the apps themselves, but they're fairly nice.
I find that these basically do three things that are really helpful to me:
So health, reflection, and sleep. All good things to get on top of, and I've been feeling good about that. ☺ Hope this was helpful!
If this is just a reminder for water - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.northpark.drinkwater

A few of mine are
Reminds me to stay hydrated throughout the day. I would often just forget to drink before I started using it but now I stay hydrated pretty consistently. Android only from what I can tell, but there are equivalents on iOS.
Really helps me stay on track with forming new habits / breaking old ones. I'm currently using it to get rid of my snooze button addiction and to keep up with my exercise plan, as well as a few other things. Obviously needs to be used an tandem with a healthy dose of willpower and self-control but it has really helped me so far. Also on iOS.
Helps me keep track of my budget. It encouraged me to form better spending habits so has really paid for itself several times over. Also on iOS.
EDIT: Almost forgot about Plex (iOS). Used in conjunction with my home Plex server and my Chromecast, this is an awesome app.
App is Water Drink Reminder in case anyone was wondering.

Same issue with Water Your Body (app link).
There are many. I use Water Your Body (android). MFP also have a tracking option.
I took up http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ to get an idea of how much I'm actually taking in a day
and http://www.fitocracy.com/home/ for excercise, because as a gamer it's really fun to watch myself 'level up'
and also https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.northpark.drinkwater&hl=en to remind myself to drink as much water as I should.
I use this app now for years, really helped me get used to drinking the right amount each day. You could try it!
