This is an app that is the smart launcher app drawer. So you can use nova launcher for example and have the smart launcher app drawer. Or any launcher of ur choice. Smart Drawer.
Try Smart Drawer - Apps Organizer. It's from the people that made Smart Launcher. It basically is a tray that sits in whatever launcher you have. It automatically organizes your apps but you can move them manually with long press.
Check out this app (Smart Drawer) : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ginlemon.smartdrawer
I does automatic sorting for apps into folders that you can customize. There's also Smart Launcher that integrates this function into the launcher.
Use nova launcher as your home screen, hide the default app drawer and use https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ginlemon.smartdrawer as your app drawer.
Edit: Thanks for the ~~gold~~ silver!
Definitely the best way to quickly organize all your apps! Kept it on my phone, tablet, and chromebook for at least the last 3 years!
You can get the app drawer from smart launcher as stand alone to use with any other launcher https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ginlemon.smartdrawer
Our developers released Smart Drawer a few years ago to let folks who preferred other launchers overally to enjoy the benefits of SL's app drawer. It hasn't been widely adopted, but I keep it on my phone for those rare times when I need to use my phone's stock launcher:

Can't think of anything that works exactly like this, but you could set one of Nova's gestures to open Smart Drawer or Jina and hide the apps you don't use and treat it like a second hidden home screen. You could also have a second launcher with your preferred set up and map that to a gesture
You're first going to have to accept that this probably won't spark a switch to android and that it's not a bad thing if you don't like the S6 as much as your iPhone. It won't ever sync up as well with your macbook and iPad and that's one of the pulls to the Apple ecosystem, is how well all of their products work together. It will probably be easier to enjoy using it if you accept that it won't work as well for you as your iPhone, but that it isn't a bad phone on its own.
One of the nicest parts of Android is the customization that you have with it. I'd recommend taking an afternoon to just play around with it. On Android the home screen serves a very different purpose than the app drawer, if it isn't an app that you use a lot then get it off the homescreen. Check out r/androidthemes to get an idea of what's possible. Android also gives you a lot more fine control over how things work, so poke around in the settings and look through the options just to see if there's anything you might want to change.
Android also lets you pick out default apps to replace the functionality of what comes with it by default, and gives you a lot more customization. If the app drawer seems to cluttered to you then try Smart Drawer, which will let you replace it with something a bit more organized. The launcher on Android refers to the homescreen and app drawer combo, essentially everything you see after unlocking the phone and before you open an app, and that can be completely replaced too. Smart Launcher Pro 3 is a popular one for keeping things simple, but if you want some of the feel of your iPhone then you can try xOS Launcher.
Like I said, I'd recommend taking an afternoon to just play around and see what you can do to make the phone something you enjoy using. In my experience Android typically takes a bit more setup to get things how you like it, but it also gives you the freedom to change things around until you have a setup that's unique and works for you.
Also, you'll probably see a lot of people talking about how much they love Reddit is Fun. I'm not going to link it because I have no love for it. Relay for reddit is the way to go.

But, the Smart Launcher developer made the Smart Drawer application. It's a drawer like the SL5. Smart Drawer
It was made by the developers who the Smart Launcher series.
No, I'm afraid not - this only allows for the creation of home screen shortcuts, it can't affect the app drawer.
The only way to change the icons in the app drawer would be to use another launcher.
There is one other option though: keep the stock launcher, and install something like Smart Drawer. This app will generate a customisable app drawer, offering many organisation options and the ability to specifiy an icon pack for use in the app drawer.
So to recap: Awesome icons will let you create home screen shortcuts with custom icons, and Smart Drawer will generate its own app drawer (without replacing your launcher), allowing you to apply icon packs to this drawer.
Here's another alternative app drawer application that allows the use of icon packs: App Swap Drawer
