Might StarWatch be akin to what you seek? It shows a real-time star map based on your location, including planets, the sun and the moon. I'm pretty sure it also depicts moon phases, but don't quote me on that.
I've been using a slightly customized version of the StarWatch watch face for ages, it's simple, elegant and doesn't drain the battery.
I'm a big fan of this one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.runar.starwatch
It shows the actual stars above your head based on GPS location.
There are several options for you: The Cosmosign was part of a series of watches released by Citizen. After the Cosmosign and Astrodea were discontinued Accurist started to sell a watch that uses the same movement and star dial as the Astrodea. They now sell the last few items on amazon and ebay (look for "Accurist GMT"):
It's available in a Silver and Silver/Gold edition with a leather or metal strap. There is a UK version (50 degs latitude) and a US version (30 degs latitude). GBP exchange rates are good at the moment, so you might be able to order one for a decent price now (Personally I collect these kind of planisphere watches and I bought my watches for prices between 150-300 EUR).
Then of course there is the possibility to buy a SmartWatch and install a star dial watch face: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.runar.starwatch
Alternatives cheaper than the ones mentioned above only have a regular movement where the stardial doesn't rotate at the 23h56m04s period:
And then there is also this one with a fixed stardial which you might be able to find for about 400 EUR elsewhere:

On the "slightly" more expensive side you have the PATEK PHILIPPE Celestial Grand Complication, the Ulysse Nardin Astrolabium, the Orion by Christiaan van der Klaauw and the Rendez-Vous by Jaeger-LeCoultre. ;-)
