It's because you are human hon. Just try to relax first. Your mind is going in panic overdrive which causes your adrenal glands to produce more cortisol that what it's suppose to. Sit down for a little while and remember your breathing techniques. You HAVE TO remember that this is only temporarily.
I've posted this before in r/anxiety but I'll post it again. If you have android, please listen to this guided meditation It helped me so much.
You just to get yourself grounded for now. Just know that as frustrating, irritating and annoying this is, you are NOT alone.

I listen to this meditation every night before I go to bed.
Every time I feel like losing it completely, I close my eyes and remember the voice and instructions.

I also concentrate in my breathing by inhaling for four seconds, keeping it in for 2 seconds, and exhaling for 5 seconds. I guess subconsciously the counting helps to forget what's going on around you.
I also put my hands on my tummy and feel it rising up and down.
Apparently that's the correct way to inhale, and not directly to you your chest. Word has it that when inhaling through you stomach, your lungs has more space to inflate.
