Try this. It's for stuck pixels but maybe if you let run for a couple of minutes you can notice some improvement (EPILEPSY WARNING). Otherwise I suggest you to disable always-on display and change watchface for a while

Shame, because I don't recall bumping the screen. Guess I gotta live with it.
Then it's most likely a stuck pixel. Not dead. Try the app

Change the refresh rate to be faster. Run it for a few minutes. If that doesn't fix it then RMA your device with Motorola. It's still within the 1 year warranty.
Is it on all your screens? At first I thought it was just the next app in line..
Might suggest using a pixel fixer to see if it can "unstick" them, if they are stuck...

Good luck... if not, maybe SOL...
Try using Stuck Pixel Fixer for Wear from the play store. It may not work if those are actually dead pixels, but I've seen some other people mention stuck colors which this might fix. I've never used this one myself, but on desktop/laptop monitors similar programs have helped me before.
Does the white portion ever change color? It could possibly be a patch of stuck pixels. If that were to be the case, you could try using this: Stuck Pixel fixer for Wear https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.lab102.watchstuckpixels
Try this app. I'd say if that doesn't fix it, it's a hardware issue.

This should do it... Chose white as the color
I think this is it: Stuck Pixel Fixer for Wear
