I use this one You can scan the bar codes, and create custom food entries and even custom meals. Once a food is set up its just a couple clicks.
The main advantage I see over using pen and paper is in planning meals.
Want to eat something high in fat, but still need to hit your protein macro without going over calories? It takes me about 5 minutes to try multiple combinations of food items.
I had always used MFP. I am now trying Stupid Simple Keto. I'm using the free version and like it. If it continues to work for me I may pay the one time $10 fee, it covers all there apps. It does net carbs which I love! I have an android, don't know if it's on Apple.

I've recently restarted keto and I've been using an app called Stupid Simple Keto. It's not super accurate but it's good for lazy tracking. I did pay for the basic version (thank you google surveys for credit!) so I can enter my own food.
It's good for simple foods, not for meals, casseroles, etc.
Which app do you use? My wife and I are using one calles "Stupid Simple Keto".

It sure does. That's why we have to weigh and measure everything. I love the Stupid Simple Keto app.

Yeah. But I already have a hella simple one that I'm using on my phone so I haven't done any digging in it.
