Yes! There's actually an Android version already available.
You can get a standalone APK if you purchase the game on itch.io (https://crowbarska.itch.io/switch-n-shoot) or there's an older beta version on Google Play (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mglanville.switch_n_shoot).
I intend to come back to it and update it for a full release at some point (so so busy at the moment, oh my word!) and hopefully iOS in the future too.

For those of you not aware, there's a beta of this up on Android, which can be used as kind of a demo. It's actually pretty fun.
It's free on the play store with in app purchases. Does this paid version include all of those purchases?
