It has some rpg elements as you can increase speed, volley serve, topspin, but the controls are hard to get used to at first, but once you get the hang of it this game is in my opinion the best tennis game youll get for mobile

Late to the party here, but get Tennis Champs Returns - it's ridiculously fun.
