Venus has sjogren’s syndrome. Auto-immune diseases like this cause inflammation and severe fatigue. Her talent level is likely just as high as Serena’s, but when your body lets you down, there’s only so much that talent can do to compensate.
I think he's referring to Brees' affiliation with Advocare, a maker of nutrition supplements that uses a pyramid scheme-like business model that promises riches for the people who sign up to hawk their products to family and friends, but in reality many people who buy into Advocare's promise go broke. Anyway Brees is (was?) their national spokesman.
Andy Murray: Resurfacing but you need amazon prime. I highly recommend watching it. I think he's had even more procedures done on his hip even after this documentary.
No. All players have patterns. One of Fed's serving from ad side is (and it's not exactly a Fed-specific pattern):
As a lefty, I basically have the same pattern:
Of course I prefer step #1 to be a slice out wide (and there are higher percentage options for step #2), but the kick serve as a lefty gets some floater returns I can step into the court on because of how the ball comes off the opponent's racquet at my level.
Note that step ##2, 4 effectively translate to "hit where opponent is not"
My copy is packed away in a storage facility right now, but I bet the pattern appears in this book
Damn, I was just trying to upload this myself. I was yelling at the TV I was so mad, especially after seeing the Istomin clip.
Mirror just in case this gets taken down by youtube (I am sure it will).
Mannarino did NOT have fun in that 2nd set versus The Doctor. Karlovic held 20 / 21 points (!!) on his serve , only conceding 1, on a double fault of all things.
Im not sure why it’s is so long, but the link below is the tape that Nadal uses. In my opinion it’s worth the premium over normal athletic tape, since the normal tape will roll-up/come-off very easily once you start sweating more heavily.
Nick Kyrgios. Here's the article if you're interested. Some fascinating bullet points in it. https://www.nytimes.com/2017/01/13/sports/tennis/australian-open-data.html?action=click&contentCollection=Tennis&module=RelatedCoverage&region=EndOfArticle&pgtype=article
I am from MediaCrush and I don't know of any shadiness going on with /u/Why_S0_Serious. MediaCrush is an open-source endeavor and we publish a lot of info to be as transparent as possible, so hopefully you can take my word for it.
Any other sources saying the same thing? From her results on her WTA page it looks like she played in no tournaments between Feb 21 and May 9, while the players ranked around her seem to all have played at least 2 tournaments in that time, usually more. I am immediately skeptical of .ru sources of information, although I do think that the implied bias against Russia by various sporting agencies is very real, mostly due to blatant doping by many Russian athletes, particularly in the Olympics.
There is a biography written about Roger Federer written by Chris Bowers which talks about how his technique was developed by Peter Carter and other coaches.
Just piggybacking on this "question" to give you props for writing a wonderful autobiography (I think the fact you wrote it without a ghostwriter gave it a wonderful authentic flow, I wish more athletes would do the same). And currently a used version of the book on CD is on sale on Amazon for $1,006.29! Who are these people?
Hmm, a cursory search has a bunch of conflicting answers.
On one hand, chocolate contains a compound called oxalate, which may inhibit calcium absorption in the intestines. A 2008 study found that older women eating a serving or more of chocolate had lower bone density and less strength than those that ate less. (Source: https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/nutrition-and-healthy-eating/expert-answers/calcium/faq-20058350)
On the other hand, chocolate milk contains calcium, phosphorus, and vitamin D, which benefits bones, as well as other vitamins and minerals. It also has a good carb-to-protein ratio, tastes great, and is cheaper than supplements. (Source: https://www.livestrong.com/article/301299-why-drink-chocolate-milk-after-a-workout/)
My high school health teacher was against chocolate milk because of the negative, but I haven't really experienced any bone loss. Maybe lactose intolerance symptoms, though!
The scoreline pretty much says it all : Thiem with a bad first service game, and Ramanathan playing well and giving him nothing to work with so far.
I dont know whats best
But when you can get NordVPN for ~55 bucks for two years thats what I am going with. I am not doing anything highly illegal and even then they are in a country outside of reach and dont keep logs.
Gets me all the geoblocked stuff I want and thats worth it alone.
Cincinnati really is a shitty place to do outdoor activities though
Its like in a bowl of smog, shitty air, bugs, pollen, and heat in the summer. Remember playing at the Lindner courts on the river once and almost dying.
Also its a 10/10 on the mosquito scale this week so that must be fun: https://www.accuweather.com/en/us/cincinnati-oh/45229/mosquito-activity-weather/350126
At least they are out in Mason and it relieves a TINY bit of it

1) Download Mobdro apk from this official website
2) Go to Settings -> Security -> Unknown Sources (Check it to ok)
3) Install the apk
4) ATP World Tour is on Sky Sports (1/2/3/4/5)
5) WTA Tour is on BT Sport
If you have any questions ask away!
Not sure if you're on iOS or Android but an app for Android I've always used is Tennis Temple. It's not the best looking app and there are ads which you can pay to remove but it gets the job done. Live scoring, order of play, Official and live ranking. Can sort ranks by flags also
> On a side note, would there be any way for me to still use my subscription but trick the site into believing I’m not in the US while using it?
Look into VPNs. To get a safe and reliable one you're gonna have to pay for it but it's potentially worth it. It's not a guaranteed success, however, as some streaming services detect you're using a VPN. I can't watch Netflix or Amazon Prime with mine (Freedome VPN) on, but I know Express VPN, for example, is better in that department.
Some players are very picky about pressure, in fact I think most intermediate players prefer fresh cans and a lot of them only use a can for a day at the court. Usually 1-3 hours.
I suggest buying pressure-less balls. They are rubber balls and they will last longer, they will never be really "dead" but they dont have that much of a pop in the first place. link
There is a free, high-quality feed of this match at . It's presumed that /u/gloin66 is offering an alternate feed to viewers who aren't in the US and thus can't watch the feed. /u/booomhorses is telling non-US viewers that, instead of watching the alternate feed, they can use Hotspot Shield to watch the US Open official feed.
I don't think they will resume play today -
there is quite heavy rain coming down right now and looking at the radar, its likely going to continue to rain well past 9pm. Considering the drying of the courts and the RG-aversion to playing in the dark, I'd say its safe to presume play has concluded for the day...

http://techcrunch.com/2013/06/21/youtube-to-live-stream-wimbledon-matches-for-the-first-time/
I read this the other day, I think you're right that matches won't be lived streamed. The title of the article is very misleading.
If what it shows there on the Hourly Forecast is true, than tomorrow will be a full day of rain with absolutely no break.
Now I'm thinking that they've could have looked at this forecast and and put all 4 matches today as well. This way, the women will get no break between SF and final, unless they move the women's final on Sunday.
Pain in your elbows while playing tennis is the simple answer...
https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/tennis-elbow/symptoms-causes/syc-20351987
Are you experiencing any of this? You have tennis elbow
You probably didn't understand. This is what I meant by more athletic and talented.
>Dr. Jack Groppel, a founder of Johnson & Johnson’s Human Performance Institute and a former chairman of the National Sports Science Committee for the United States Tennis Association, analyzed the biomechanics of each shot for his dissertation in the late 1970s. Groppel found that while the two-hander required coordination between the hips, legs, trunk and arms, the one-hander demanded synchrony between the hips, legs, trunk, upper arm, forearm and hand. In other words, the two-hander was much easier to master. “Players can get an incredible force and can strike the ball very effectively almost from Day 1,” Groppel told me when we spoke recently.

One option is to VPN into Canada. The Center Court matches (about 8 hours of footage) are all available to rewatch on , no login necessary.
If you don't have a VPN, a free trial of a DNS switching service like GetFlix would also get the job done.
Thankfully, Google just published it! Here it is: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tennisdata. I intended to make a post before the WTA Finals started, but this is good enough. I'm very happy and excited that others are interested as well, because I can't watch every match, but would love to see statistics for each one of them.
After years of using VPNs I pulled the plug 4 years ago on NordVPN with a deal that they always run and have been using it ever since with essentially perfect performance
I think I paid the 40 bucks for 3 years a year ago
Tennis TV and WTA TV are both good and offer HD replays. Tennis TV is better because it has more matches per tournament (WTA TV only covers maybe half the matches per tournament) and they are replayable for a longer period of time. Tennis TV only covers ATP matches. Neither service has any slam matches.
ESPN has most of the matches for each tournament it covers, and has a 30-day replay period. However, it only covers 3 grand slams and the U.S. hard court tournaments. It's a great choice for watching the slams though. BTW, the cheapest way to get it is probably through Sling Orange. Sling Orange isn't supported for WatchESPN login on Android mobile devices, although you can avoid that by using the desktop version of the WatchESPN site rather than using the WatchESPN app.
and a French VPN via something like TunnelBear are all you need for Roland Garros.
People who aren't in the US can google Hotspot Shield and download that. When you enable it, the site will think you are from the US (it's a VPN service that's free). I use it for Netflix all the time to unlock all those shows that I can't watch as a Canadian.
A couple months back someone came along here and posted a link to the Tennis GO App, which seems like a pretty comprehensively good, free app for finding partners. I tried it out today and not one other soul in all of New York City seems to have heard of it. =(
You learn that you do what you love, and you try your best. Follow your passion, derive happiness from the best you can be, not identifying and judging yourself with the results. I like this quote "it doesn't matter so much where we stand, but that we are moving in the right direction" . This can be applied to many facets of life, but the one which can fundamentally restructure your mind so that you realize your potential is limitless, is meditation. There is a far deeper realization to be had from meditation than just relaxation. For a technical and lucid understanding, Read Waking Up by Sam Harris, or a New Earth by Eckhart Tolle which uses a slightly more flowery language description. Keep an open mind and allow the experience to happen. By the way, I love that you're asking this question and trying to learn from those who are successful. Basically, it's a mindhack. You don't feel bad when something you don't want to happen happens, because you have experience feeling positivity by virtue of being alive and aware, because you have stopped identifying who you are as your thoughts and emotions, which are always temporary.
Glad it's motivating! There is a seriously good translation you'll notice if you work on consistency with a wall. I've never had problems with adjusting my depth on court. I also supplement my practice with watching a lot of professional matches and practice. I think this really does help me stay sharp with my implicit understanding of how deep I should be hitting (see: Implicit Motor Learning. This is really interesting if you have the time). I think once you warm up on court, your depth awareness will kick in pretty naturally. I just hit against the wall like I would in a tennis match/practice. The physical feeling is pretty similar. Even if I can't see how deep the ball would have gone in a court when I hit against the wall, my body can gauge whether or not I'm sending it deep enough. This has a lot to do with basic muscle memory and repetition. A lot of on-court hitting will influence wall hitting and vice-versa. Eventually, we can tell if we're not duplicating what we do on court, even with shadow strokes.
No it's not all roses. I am (personally) a big proponent of unfettered free speech, and there are situations where being able to insult someone has public benefit. It's one thing to report that president Erdogan of Turkey suppresses the press and free speech, it's another thing to be able to insult someone in a way that people actually pay attention to, toward the end of motivating international pressure and change. In Germany, they want to prosecute someone for reading mean things about the asshole: https://theintercept.com/2016/04/12/germany-charge-comic-insulting-turkeys-president/
Libel laws in Europe are too strict, IMO. That said, Nadal may have had a case even in the US given the phrasing and situation.
This is a good question. What's a creative/earth-friendly/good way to recycle used balls?
I got a couple of (old style?) ball savers and that helps cut the waste a bit (maybe 2x or even 3x?), but even then I play league matches and end up with a few extra balls each week. I kept on saving them hoping to do something useful with them. I have two baskets of them around. What to do?
>(in this Case's sign)
In this case Korean (he doesn't know sign language) source
Of course your point still stands, just a different kind of translator.
Nope. Same amount of WCs. Women's draw has more direct entries. Just one of those things.
There's a bit of background in here: https://www.nytimes.com/2017/01/13/sports/tennis/jennifer-elie-239th-ranked-australian-open-qualifying.html
Think about it more deeply: your post links to nothing, says nothing new. The only way this info would be interesting is if you hadn't watched the matches yet, making it a spoiler. So the only purpose it seems to serve is to be a potential spoiler if someone mouses over without thinking. At least link to a relevant gif or something.
My parents hooked their TV up with KODI, and a build which gives them access to practically all TV canels. My dad doesn't miss a single game. He has sky sports, eurosport, dazn, espn, you name it. A serbian sport network even has wimbly airing live on 8 chanels.
If your dad doesn't have android on his TV, hook him up with an android tv box. U can find it online and order it, it isnt even expensive.
Here is the link to download KODI: https://kodi.tv/
My folks use this build to watch TV: https://tutorials-2021.blogspot.com/2020/10/how-to-install-blue-thunder-build-kodi.html?m=0
I can speculate a bit on why the standard of line calling is low, on the regional tennis federation website there's an announcement for volunteer line judges (https://www.tennisvlaanderen.be/kalender-detail?courseId=89 / link to the form: https://forms.office.com/Pages/ResponsePage.aspx?id=7D6417PL-UaKUH6xUsp3I77o-rtE_YtLona3Pyx_BktURDgzUk9FWUhWU0hYM1VFM0xLTlJZWlpPRS4u).
Considering Belgium has no Challenger events & 3 ITF tournaments (nationally) I don't see how we could ever provide a high standard of officiating. There is a national competition for aspiring international players, but I doubt they have line judges.
Regarding hawk eye, it costs 50k+, line judges are free. Financial commitment of the tournament is just below 500k and there is no crowd...
And after I type all this I notice the umpire is partially to blame....
Sometimes Ostapenko can be suddenly really bad. I saw her play the worst possible set against Schmiedlova in Cinci. She was absolute crap, very nearly lost second set from a deficit but won it in a tiebreak and won a third set tiebreak too after multiple breaks
http://www.flashscore.com/match/fu35NWtJ/#match-summary
^ You can see here what an odyssey the match was, an absolute mess and the whole time she was stressing at her mother who was coaching her. Other times she can be ruthless and near perfect, crushing players like she did at FO but the variance between performances can be huge every so often
FDRBF Donald Young crashes out 6/3 - 6/1 to Lukas Lacko.
In a pretty disastrous turn of events , he didn't hold serve a SINGLE time ( and didn't even reach game points ) , and in fact the whole SET 1 SCORELINE was utterly ridiculous!
Roughly, yes. Supposed to be 11:30 AM New York time. If you have ESPN (in the US), they will televise it streaming: http://www.espn.com/watchespn/index/_/type/upcoming/startDate/20160826/#sport/tennis/
Tennis Channel offers a stand alone package which may work for you, works on a lot of devices including Roku. http://www.tennischanneleverywhere.com/channel/tennis-channel-plus
For ESPN, take a look at sling TV. They offer ESPN, ESPN2 and few more channels for 20$ a month.
Yup hope we find the torrent bad luck mate Yup it's a true treasure. We may not witness again
Try these links shared with me - If you have UK IP address https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episodes/b00cb3wq/wimbledon?seriesId=b00cb3wq-today
Outside UK https://www.vidnews2day.com/2019/07/watch-nadal-vs-federer-full-match-2019.html
Couldn't get through the regional blocking of BBC even using windscribe VPN, do share if you manage to crack it ✌🏻
The you tube one is a Chinese broadcast, didn't enjoy the quality
It's still on iPlayer, or most of it at least: https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/b0bbxyrz/wimbledon-2018-day-12-part-3
So just use VPN and set it to UK if you're not from here. Things stay up there for a month so you still have a couple of weeks left.
I ran into the same problem. BBC Wimbledon streaming is blocked outside of the UK. If you're outside of the UK like me, you can install the Hola VPN Chrome extension and go to this link in order to watch the match: https://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/live/bbcone
Note: You'll have to create a BBC account, but it's very quick
Hello! I have knee pain and after getting some physical therapy, doing stretches, and strengthening my knees with some weightlifting, I've significantly reduced my knee pain. These help a lot too: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07Z98X1QZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o06_s01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
As for shoes, I'm wearing Asics Gel-Challenger 12s and I'll be moving to a pair of Asics Gel-Resolution 8s when they wear out.
I have a hook type mount that goes on top of a fence or wall … no idea about clay, but I think it’d work out the lines pretty well.
MD SPORTING SOLUTIONS Tennis Mount https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B08L6YJQM8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_P8N44X6FKNFR7FDMZX9F
These are good overall balls. Not sure what area you are from. But I think if you're outside the USA it will actually be called Head Championship. Not sure if this is true or not. This is what I heard on some Tennis video before.
They’re super easy, you load them up (ExpressVPN has a good free trial) and it’ll ask you what region you want to be in. I love it because Amazon UKs tennis coverage is amazing and I already have a prime account so I just pretend I’m in England
Just saved you 65 bucks.
Granted the handle is not like a racquet grip, can probably just attach a few wood pieces and wrap an overgrip on it.
More on the psychology side, but I'd recommend https://www.amazon.com/Winning-Ugly-Mental-Warfare-Tennis-Lessons/dp/067188400X
They make caps for work boots. Here is what I found on Amazon
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00TY2MR10/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_wZJ8FbDRMRJQG
I've never used them, but it might be worth a shot. That was the first product I found, there might be better.
Mmm not much stuff to do besides watch tennis.. There are plenty of merchandise if you don't mind coughing up the dough. Heck, if you're into that, buy an oversized tennis ball from the stores there (or on amazon if you feel like saving https://www.amazon.com/Lixada-Oversize-Giant-Tennis-Children/dp/B017XCF85Y/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1496414015&sr=8-2&keywords=big+tennis+ball) and try to get some autographs. Usually you can get a few autographs, especially if the pros are just going in for a practice; you can try to get pictures with the pros too, I got plenty. Plenty of places to eat, again a bit expensive and the lines can be long if you're going at peak hours. No need to be sorry. Feel free to ask any more.
I have a knockoff gorillapod from Amazon, about $20. The flexible legs mount to the fence and I use my iPhone as a camera. Caveat of using the iPhone is that videos are limited to 7 minutes I think, so I downloaded the ProCam app that allows unlimited video length.
Here's the amazon link: Tripods for Phone, Fotopro 12" Flexible Tripod with Bluetooth 4.0 for iPhone X 8 Plus,Samsung S9,Waterproof and Anti-Crack Camera Tripod for GoPro Canon Nikon DSLR, CellphoneTripod Stand for landscape https://www.amazon.com/dp/B073GW4ZWM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_0n2uBbVAFPTJY
So all for about $26 you can record your play at high quality. I wouldn't get any of the cheap gopro knockoffs. I had one that advertised 1080p 50 fps but the quality that came out was more like 480.
If you want to watch past tennis matches I’d strongly recommend TennisTV. Has matches from years ago, every match from the past monthish, as well as live full coverage of every ATP event.
No slams, no WTA, and kinda expensive is the downside, but I subscribe on and off throughout the year.
I’ve heard Tennis Channel’s coverage of ATP cup is streaky also. If you download a VPN (can just use a free chrome extension like holaVPN), and change it to Australia, you can watch free live coverage of every match on 9Now. I pay for a good, reliable VPN and use ExpressVPN, but the free ones do the job.
I'm not sure about cute, but I've been using the Fila Heritage Backpack for almost a year now, and I've been very happy with it. It's designed to carry 2 racquets, but you could fit 3 if you really wanted. Has a very large main compartment (with a small zippered compartment inside), and 4 smaller zippered compartments on the sides (one has thermal lining, great for drinks). It also has a shoe compartment on the bottom, but I hardly use it.
Yea I just got NordVPN it's $100 for 3 years and I've been thinking about trying one out anyway so I might just stick with it and see how it goes.

EDIT: Also I can cancel within 30 days if I change my mind
Step 1: Get Zenmate here:
Step 2: Create free account.
Step 3: connect to France.
Step 4: Watch any live or replay match here: This works on mobile as well with the Zenmate app
Got it to work with the free version of a Zenmate account on Android. Apparently I already had a "limited" (free) account for Zenmate which I had forgotten about so I just downloaded the app. After a password reset I connected to France and the site worked on Chrome.
It's free from Australia at . I'm using a free 7 day trial of Zenmate VPN and it's working a treat
There is a torrent of it, but the commentary is in Russian.
You can also watch it.
SaferVPN to France and then FranceTVSport, you can find the link in the ribbon menu "Streaming". Even if you don't understand French, it think it's nice to listen to the French commentators and they have complete coverage of the tournament.
I'm from the US, so I'm using Hotspot Shield chrome extension (free) and paid for ~$9 for 1 month of Eurosport FR. Coverage is amazing. Every single court. Quality is pretty good (not as good as ESPN). Only issue I have is no replay, but I like watching live anyway. Kinda messed up and should've bought Eurosport UK so I could at least understand commentary.
IMO the best tool is a clamp with a flexible arm.
It works best because it grips tightly to any solid pole, such as a back fence post. Also assuming the post is straight, you can set up the camera angle low down, then just move the clamp up as high as you can reach for the best angle.
Most of them are made for gopros but they’ll take a mobile mount as well.
I have this, obviously you should be able to get the same in another country: Clamp Mount for Gopro Fusion, Hero 6... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00NIBQXGS?ref=yo_pop_ma_swf
You really are a sourpuss mate! This was an amazing match and these highlights really captured it. You should try to introspect on your habits of mind! Read Waking Up by Sam Harris if you're curious on how to improve your mind and your experience. Best of luck. :)
Look up <em>The Power of Habit</em> by Charles Duhigg. Chapter 3 deals with this exact situation.
In brief: when athletes 'choke', they are unconsciously reverting to poor habits because the good habits learned in practice haven't fully cemented.
Good luck with your game mate.
I'm assuming the 10,000 hours figure you mention is referencing the idea that you can become exceptionally good at any sport if you practice it productively for that amount of time. It was a theory that was made to refute the importance of 'natural ability'. (The theory originates, I think, from Matthew Syed's book Bounce.)
The problem is, the theory doesn't say that if you practice productively for 10,000 hours, you'll magically become the standard of a professional. You'll become a exceptionally good (I think the word Syed uses is master), but the pro players will have been masterful at the sport for a lot longer and will have developed even more
I did the same for myself last year. Eventually landed on Yonex bag as best option.
Comes in different sizes as well.
Slight rain at around 4 and 5 pm but otherwise pretty clear (or cloudy) weather according to AccuWeather (https://www.accuweather.com/en/fr/stade-roland-garros/113409_poi/hourly-weather-forecast/113409_poi) so we should start with the roof open most likely. Of course organizers can start closed to prevent interruption if rain is imminent according to their forecasting devices.
Weather.com shows thunderstorms and rain throughout the day, no?
The final is scheduled for 3pm. Weather.com shows Paris storms basically the whole day from 7am to 9pm
Accuweather.com shows thunderstorms stopping at 12noon, but resuming at 4pm
The chances for the roof is very high, I think...
Just use an adblocker. I don't see any ads on the net, ever.
AdBlockPlus at https://adblockplus.org is easy to use and very effective. But there are plenty more, if you search for them.
I did a quick search and found this one for $99. Probably walking distance or a $5 uber.
If you are starting small, maybe try something like this?..
Create a recurring group in meetup.com and gumtree.com
Take videos and pictures of every training and post in social media - Facebook, Instagram etc. and tag your students. Track the progress of your regular students and use those videos for marketing.. Show how a complete noob was able to play rallies in just 2 weeks, etc.
I remember paying about 75 bux for 1 hour lesson. Groups of 3 was $90 an hour. An optional $5 gets you 1 hour of hitting with 3 other students after the class. (This was in Melbourne, 10 years ago).
My coach at the time had a full time job but tennis was something he was passionate about so he coached part-time.
He booked two courts from 5pm to 9pm every Tuesdays & Thursdays. That's 16 hours of court hire per week. Casual court hire was $20 an hour but coach brings in more students, who end up booking more courts for practise. it's a win-win for Clubs..so they usually give coaches a special rate. Talk to your local club. Make sure you start part time and see if you really really enjoy coaching. Good luck mate.
I'm curious as to where you saw these pictures because a quick Google Image search of Xspak paddles brings up none of these images, except this Reddit post.
The Amazon page does have a similar image, with Jack Sock and Ramos-Vinolas's really bad photoshops but none of these players... I'm sus.
Great story with Cornet, she has written an autobiography and she writes fairly well
'From her greatest victories to her deepest failures, from her constant questioning to her personal evolution via meditation, the reader will discover a young woman who is endearing, passionate, with a neurotic rigor and a strong character.
An atypical journey behind the scenes of professional tennis through her anecdotes and insights on this extraordinary lifestyle.
An uncompromising, touching and inspiring confession.'
Everyone here who plays tennis should read this book: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0087GK8PQ/ref=dp-kindle-redirect?_encoding=UTF8&btkr=1
It's written by physicists. A relatively heavy racquet with the weight in the handle is best for your game and for your arm.
Generally because idi*ts infuriate me, glad you noticed.
You claim "22g per 100g". Glad you finally noticed it is "cups", after hours on end. Both 8g and 17g are far less than the 31g chicken and tuna offer.
Here you can buy his book and read his full diet, that while it includes many fruit and vegies, it has *daily intake of meat* in it. Still trying to argument that "so many athletes go vegan" by giving a non-vegan as an example, trying so hard to be dense?
Hey guys, anyone know where to watch Wimbledon in Ireland if you don’t have BBC? Iplayer won’t work even with ExpressVPN and I can’t find anywhere? I’m willing to pay but can’t even find a paid service? If anyone has any good streaming sites I’d really appreciate it, thanks :)

For sure: Cam Norrie's technical skill level, and his crafty court game, is light-years ahead of us mere mortals (even skilled mortals who are good, and even look good, at playing tennis, compared to most folks in parks/clubs).
Former Top 20 Pro Vince Spadea even talks about the differences in skill/experience within the levels of the pro game in his book, Break Point.
It puts Karue Sell's advice for Felix (from Tennis Brothers on YouTube) into perspective ...
What is your budget?

They need to be installed on telescopic poles.
They're the cheap amazon brand ones, that's why they're so common.
