I am so sorry! The app is called DaTuner. Here is a link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bork.dsp.datuna&hl=en_US&gl=US
Are you iphone or Android?
Just download an App for your phone...
I use one called DaTuner Lite but there are loads out there. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bork.dsp.datuna&hl=en_GB
hope this helps
I don't think it's possible with that kind of tuner. Chromatic tuner would be the way to go. If you've got the cash, I'd recommend getting a quality footswitch or headstock tuner. If you've got a phone, there are plenty of tuning apps out there that can tune to F standard.
I personally use DaTuner
I use a tuning app on my android phone. It detects which note you are playing and how accurately you are playing it. It seems to work pretty good for me! This is the app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bork.dsp.datuna&hl=en
have you tried Deep Stealth vids?
Try to get around the A key going which is 220 hz.
There's also an android app to detect your tone from your voice. Link
Personally I'm closeted too so I practice in my car when I'm driving around, but I don't know if you can do that.
I misplace my clip-on tuners all the time. I also play other instruments that don't take to clip on tuners very well, so I see the value in having a good app.
I really like DaTuner. It's responsive, packed with features, and doesn't try to be cute.
For clip-ons, I really like the Rechargeable Kala Klipz. The charge lasts a ridiculously long time.
This may be of interest, or you can take it with a grain of salt. I do tune mine to Hz, but the values I use were arrived at over time, until I found what I though was best. They are actually quite close to the pitches that tune-bot recommends. I don't use a tune-bot. I use DaTuner Lite
This is because 2^(7/12) is almost but not quite 1.5.
Tuners and pianos use equal temperament tuning (ie spacing of 2^(7/12)) however your violin wants just intonation (ie spacing of 1.5) - the difference is about 2 cents (ie 2^2/1200), and definitely audible to any moderately experienced violin player.
Find a tuner that will tell you frequency in Hz (I use DATuner for android), and set your strings to G=195.55Hz, D=293.33Hz, A=440.0Hz and E=660.0Hz.
You can also tune it harmonically. Shift to 3rd then rest your pinky on E and index on A. Both strings should make exactly the same note since A×3 = E×2 in just temperament. The same relationship exists for the other pairs of strings - D×3=A=2 and G×3=D×2 - and in fact this is how I worked out the above frequencies for G,D,E given A=440.
Pitch can be developed by using an instrument or playing a sine wave and matching your voice to it, if your voice is off pitch (not vibrating at the same frequency) then you will hear an oscillation / clash with the sound http://atozee.co.uk/keyboard/keyboard.html You can also use an application on a phone that will show you your pitch in real time such as https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bork.dsp.datuna&hl=en_GB

For higher range you need to develop strength in the muscles surrounding your vocal cords to be able to resist the airflow when you have lengthened thin vocal cords, if you try this without the necessary strength they will simply blow apart and you'll make an airy noise instead of a solid sound, or try to over compensate with alternative muscles and squeeze your throat which won't work and will probably strain / hurt.

Solid sounds such as Buh and Guh are made by closing your mouth, building up pressure against your lips which brings your vocal cords together, and then opening your lips which releases the sound in a quick blast, scales using sounds such as this will gradually train your vocal cords to handle a sustained pressurised / compressed sound but are safe because you place the excess pressure against your lips rather than your untrained vocal cords. This is also what lip rolls and other exercises do such as these https://youtu.be/HQTureBISTg - range will come with training like this, it will take longer than a few weeks so do not keep attempting to hit an incredibly high note out of the blue, that's like being able to only lift 100kg, then going to the gym and dropping 200kg into your arms, thinking you can lift it by sheer mental power alone.

Tone, a good sound for example all comes afterwards and is modified by things such as the position of your lips, if you are directing sound out of your nose, out of your mouth, against the back of your mouth, where your tongue is positioned to funnel the sound and various other things. Sound is actually a physical thing and can be shaped like water and aimed in direction with conscious decision of your muscles.

All of these things are improved with practice, you will try to hold a note steady and it will veer off, you will try to relax and sing a note and then gradually automatically strain again, you will make a nice tone on one word and then completely lose the position and made a unpleasant tone on the next word, the more you practice the less these things will happen, it takes repetition and persistence and above all do not force anything, it is better to be safe in your practice then to injure yourself, treat it like any physical exercise.

These are all things I have done in my journey starting from your exact position, and I am still learning to this day but I and others have noticed definite improvement in my own singing.
Android user here. I like daTuner
I use DaTuner lite, As it gives me a fairly fast and accurate visualization of the frequency.
Oh! And this app is super useful. DaTuner. No more guesswork to see if I'm in tune or not!

Download this app and tell us your range https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bork.dsp.datuna
I use Tuner - DaTuner (Lite!). It's the only one I've ever used and I've used it for years with no need to try another.
I used this one to start https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bork.dsp.datuna&hl=es
Is really good, I tried a lot of apps
