I think it's because you tuned it an octave lower. That Snark tuner won't give which octave. If you're on Android download Tuner & Metronome (it's also available for ios). All your notes should have the number 4 (G4, C4, E4, A4).
There should be plenty of them. What you're looking for is a "Tuner" app.
As an example, I searched "Tuner" on google play and found this app as the first result, which seems like it'd be fine (but I have no experience with it). If you're on iOS, a similar search should probably bring something up.
I usually prefer a simple metronome that just gives me the big beats. Give me too many options and I'll start messing with them instead of practicing.
But I use soundcorset metronome when I need complex subdivisions or rhythmic patterns:

Hi, I am a writer of Scaloid. I started the project for my own Android project: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.soundcorset.client.android
It is downloaded by nearly a million of users, and works perfect on several thousands of devices, including low-end devices running Gingerbread.
If something is not fit for you, you can always use Android API. So don't much worry about stability or completeness.
What I did is download a metronome app (Android ) which plays over podcasts/audiobooks.
Set it to target cadence and then use it as a guide. Now I can listen to it before running and lock in. I fully recognize this is psychopath behavior but it works wonders
Soundcorset kullanıyorum ben ahan da bu klasik gitar ve elektro gitarda tuning farkı yok aynı aletmiş gibi hissedebilirsin
So i am only using the tuner app. I do have a piano at home but i am only tuning with that when i play with my mom (she plays piano). At my music school we tune with 442 or 443hz. I prefer 443.
I got this app : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.soundcorset.client.android
It looks like they did something like a Soundcorset 2.0 and is this one
I'm still using the old version, apparently it isn't in the playstore anymore.
I use this one, it has a big display and a transposition option.
If you're on Android I can recommend Tuner & Metronome.
Sound corset works as tuner, metronome and drum machine. It has a couple of extra functions. So far I’m loving it
download an app called soundcorset: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.soundcorset.client.android&hl=en
This is the app I use to tune my ukulele and it works great.
