There's many but they don't work on Android 6 and up cause they blocked the dictionary access.
But here they are regardless:

If anything, uninstall Gboard and reinstall it.
If you have a lot of words added to your personal dictionary, you can use User Dictionary Manager to backup your personal dictionary manager to your phone or better yet, Google Drive.

I would think you could edit your dictionary without needing an app, but perhaps look at <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.usr.dict.mgr> or <https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.benigumo.userdictionary>.
My Swiftkey dictionary is json format. I used this website to convert it to txt file, then used this app to import it to my phone's dictionary.
You can test it by trying words you know only Swiftkey has and any other language dictionary hasn't and see if Gboard can predict it.
But there is.
Depending on your phone type, just use an app like "User Dictionary Manager" and simply import a GoT word list into your phone's user dictionary.
Done.
(Ofc, if you use a product from iHell, you're probably fucked, like always.)
This isn't really what you're asking, but you might find it useful. It's an app I use to manage my personal dictionary, User Dictionary Manager (UDM)
Where I liked it most was in saving things with punctuation and numbers in the personal dictionary, as the G3 doesn't (or didn't?) allow that.
Very interesting app. Thanks for linking it here!
Just some food for thought:
One thing I've been after for a while now is an app that can batch-import lists of several thousand words into specific Android dictionaries. This is important when using a lot of very topical terminology, such as in law professions or healthcare.
One app, User Dictionary Manager, comes very close to what I am looking for. With its help I was able to import my medical dictionary into Android. Because of the number of terms the procedure took almost an hour, but in the end it worked out fine.
However, the issue with UDM, aside from the fact that it hasn't been updated for two years now, is that you can't choose the target language when importing wordlists. Your terms end up in the 'common' Android dictionary. That means that if you use more than one language you end up getting word recommendations for the wrong language.
I have messaged UDM's developer about this, but he hasn't responded, yet.
Looking at your app I see a lot of similarities to UDM, but I also see an active developer. I really think that there's a lot of potential here. Dictionary management an Android seems to be a market niche that has yet to be filled properly. If you were to add a way to import large word lists to specific languages in your app I would be more than happy to buy the paid-for version and recommend it to everyone I know.
This should do it. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.usr.dict.mgr
I think this may help: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.usr.dict.mgr
Yes. But there are apps to back them up.
Example: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.usr.dict.mgr
Oops sorry, this is the app User dictionary manager
You can download your dictionary and import it on Gboard. Download your Swiftkey dictionary here. The file will be a zip file inside is your dictionar on json format. Convert it to text file, I used this websit to convert. Then use this app to import it your phones dictionary. Then switch to Gboard.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.usr.dict.mgr
Or manually via adb shell or terminal if you've root.
Wait i think i used something before that did this:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.usr.dict.mgr
Just import a text file with the names you want seperated by new lines.
User Dictionary Manager should allow you to import your dictionary without any issues.
Kind of a fuggly app, but this may work.
