Use this app to figure out when the vibrations happen and how strong are they, than can give you some clue to finding the source.

I just had a thought and did a quick search on Google Play Store for a vibration sensor for Android phones. Bosch actually have one and there are a few others too. I can't vouch for any of them but it might be an interesting test to try and narrow it down.
Vibrometer seems to be the most sensitive one: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=kr.sira.vibration
Hi, is it possible for a person to detect a minor earthquake, while others don't? I live in Porto (Portugal), and I sometimes feel small tremors on the floor, but nobody else did. So I install an App on my smartphone and when I feel the small tremor, I look for the app and it tells me that there is a small earthquake (~1.5 magnitude). Am I imagining things, or is it really possible for some persons be more prone to detect earthquakes than others?
