there's probably an easier and/or better way, but I recorded my screen while watching the YouTube video, cropped and trimmed it with Google Photos (android phone), then applied the meme format with Video & GIF Memes app that I downloaded from the Play store. I tried to improve the quality by downloading the video from YouTube but it turned out worse and choppy. At least what I ended up with is smooth and small size. I hope it helps 🙂

There are two ways. 1st convert GIF to video and make meme. Then use App to convert it to GIF or click on make it GIF(something like that) while posting on reddit

2nd if there is only sentence to write like image meme then use video memes app by Meme generator app. There you can may gif memes with video/ GIF

With any good video editing software there is. I've used Sony Vegas Pro 15 to make gif memes like this. However, on Android, you could download this from the Play Store.

I'm on android, I found this app it works really well. I think its also on the apple store, but if you're on PC then I'm sorry I can't help you. But overall its just as easy as regular pic memes

Use this app if you want to make simple gif memes.

The app can't add layers(adding the cockroaches on my gif meme) if that's what you want. So, use this website on your mobile browser(you'll have to sign in). It will save it as a video but you can use the first app to convert it to a gif.
