Gonna piggyback on this comment. The app Votespotter will notify you of your elected representatives' votes and give you their contact information.

I haven't really used it much, but there's an app for Android called VoteSpotter that lets you track how your reps are voting. If people have other suggestions for handy apps/tools like that I'd love to hear it.
