I've used Weather Live on the Play store, it is a purchase, but I've used it across multiple phones
I like weather live. specifically for the widgets and detail. I even got the paid version I think 0.99c, and it includes a live wallpaper background of current weather

AccuWeather & WeatherBit leave a lot to be desired IME.

This is why Today Weather (hell, even Weather Live) still reign supreme.
