This is an Android app my company uses internally to help our designers wireframe & prototype UI on Android, and we got permission to release it to the public for free. I'm the Android dev who created it so feel free to ask any questions or request features and I'll see what I can do :) If we get a good enough response we might be able to get permission to do the iOS version, too. This is capable of exporting SVGs that import well into Sketch, btw.

Video showing off new screen transitions feature for Wire Flow app @ https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ludomade.blueprint - app is kind of like POP plus a simple vector art tool, but way more polished

Android only at the moment, but Wire Flow is pretty awesome - it's kind of like a simple vector art tool combined with POP, but more polished than other similar tools on Android.

A bit newer, last updated in 2015.
You could try Wire Flow. But I still prefer keep with handwritten notes
