World of Goo! You create structures to pass levels, its really fun.
It was made a really long time ago but it was originally a PC game, it runs great on mobile. Only problem is that it wasn't updated for big ass phones. Hours of fun, no micro-transactions, free play, and getting OCD in all levels is hard!

Heres a better trailer cause the screenshots in the playstore suck: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7lWyntVB4to
An old game now, but one I always seem to return to. World of Goo. It's just a mindless pick up, put down game that has an amusing story if you want to follow it. But it's good at progressively ramping up the challenge by introducing new mechanics as you progress, but never seems to get "difficult" to the point of frustration.

But on a more practical note, I mostly use it when I don't trust my fingers to hit a particularly small button, or as a fidget-device (oh yeah, I'm one of those annoying pen-clickers... I'm so sorry!) and occassionally to write text just because it feels so elite.
There are some games like World of Goo which are just made for the S Pen as well, so those are a godsend when I have no laptop or internet. Hope this helps!

Edit: I totally forgot I use its screen capture feature sometimes as well, which is a nice little feature.
World of Goo might count too:
I think it might be better on tablet or pc through, I tried it on phone once and it was not as comfortable to play as it should be. I was struggling to push balls through small screen areas that were easy on pc.

World of Goo https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.twodboy.worldofgoofull&hl=en
freeform sandboxy building game, linking goo balls to make different structures, with a ton of character
Kind of a different type of game, but World of Goo has a similar sandbox-type building mechanism, with different 'types' of Goo balls to build with and stuff like that
Also a Game of the Year so there's that

Hi there! It looks like you're asking:

World of Goo is fantastic, a brilliant puzzle game with incredible narration. One of my favorite games of all times, also available for many other platforms, but it does work particularly well on touch screens. World of Goo is one of those games that perfectly combines gameplay and story. There is a demo available.
Another great puzzle game is The Room and its sequels, which have probably the best touch controls I've ever seen in any game. They are so good that the PC port, which does have superior graphics, feels inferior, because it's just so much less tactile and pleasant to interact with compared to a touch screen. This game and its two sequels are perfectly designed for tablets, instead of porting a genre not meant for these devices to touch screen computers.
The Go series of puzzle games is another series that works really well on smartphones and tablets. Based on popular franchises like Hitman, Tomb Raider and Deus Ex (with more to come, I presume), these games are interesting, challenging and have a distinct style. Can't recommend them enough.
Speaking of games ported to touch screen computers, Limbo does surprisingly work really well, despite using (invisible) virtual buttons and joysticks. It's atmospheric and feels just as great as it did on consoles and PC, a perfect port.
Plague Inc. tasks the player with creating a super plague, with the ultimate aim to wipe out mankind. Sounds dark, but it's a very well made, even educational game with an addictive flow and great replay value. This is one of those games that will keep you up at night.
Cook, Serve, Delicious! is one one of the best arcade games I've played and it works equally well on PC and mobile devices. It may look like cheap casual nonsense at first, but it has finesse and creates wonderful moments of panic and exhilaration when more and more complex orders are piling up and you are barely able to keep up.
Like tower defense? Kingdom Rush is one of the finest. Haven't played its sequel yet, but don't miss the first one.
All of these should easily run on any tablet made within the last five years, except for maybe Limbo, which has a slightly higher hardware requirements and may exceed the limits of your device.
One more thing these games have in common is that none are pay to win and all except for Plague Inc. cost money to install (you can unlock further pathogens and features by purchasing a microtransaction in Plague Inc.) and most importantly, if they do offer microtransactions, then these are entirely optional and not needed to be able to proceed at a reasonable pace.
Only consider getting games like the GTA series if you have a compatible gamepad, since touch screen controls do not work well at all, making some missions practically unbeatable.
