Do you have android? In that case I have found two apps you might like. I can say that I haven't tried any of them, so I really don't know if it helps, but if you will like, try it out. Oh, and if you find that you have time and will like to, you could maybe write back what your experience with the apps are.
This app is made to be a anxiety checklist, the app just calls it a worry box: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.excelatlife.worrybox
On the other hand, this app actually looks very great, and it seems to try to help with anxiety: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.uwe.myoxygen
Oh, actually, if the apps is not what you are looking for, try PM me, I think a anxiety checklist app, should be very simple and easy to use, so if the apps is not what you need, it could be a funny challenge to make one, and it is always lovely to create something that could actually help other people. (and I could maybe find it useful myself, I have never heard about the idea before today actually...).
I read this site called Anxietyboss.com. They have a lot of information heavy articles that really provides a lot of insight to anxiety that's in a way comforting. I love reading posts like this because it sort of gives a visual view of how anxiety works and it helps keep me sort of aware of what's going on when I have a panic attack. Dunno if that makes sense.
I also use the app Worry Box because it's like a journal... but it's always with me so I don't like skip out on writing out my thoughts. It's also easy to look through when I need to get my head leveled again, so that's a plus.
