Android uses an app drawer for all of your apps. The home screen is designed to be customizable, so you can quick-launch all your favorite apps and widgets. Drag your commonly used apps to the home screen/dock, and use the app drawer for everything else. Nova Launcher also has a search feature within the app drawer, which allows you to search through all your apps without scrolling through the app drawer.
To specifically answer your question, no there isn't a "batch move" function to place all your apps on the home screen (as that is redundant).
If you want an iOS-style launcher (no app drawer), try xOS Launcher.
I was about to say the same thing as batman but also add that with Android, if you want to a cleaner look, choose it. You can make your phone look any way you want it to, including EXACTLY like ios... https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.appx.pingguo.launcher

it's a hard question to answer though. best is subjective. number of icons? exact duplications of icons? cost? best adaptation to Android's look? frequency of updates? there's a lot to translating an entire look like that.
I can say that I tried a few for my wife's tablet while she was adjusting to Android and none I found really did a great job of looking and feeling the same.
however, there are a few launchers that get the feel pretty close and they usually have icon support.
this one is pretty decent
another similar one that worked well, but a bit less complete
beyond that, you'll pretty much have to try some icon packs out until you find one you like. if you look at reviews, they're often considered horrible, but not because the icons are bad themselves, it's that people didn't realize what they were getting.
It's Android. That means it's customizable
