I'm really liking the android app Zero To Hero for nSuns 5/3/1. It looks and works great, the developer is super friendly and even added some stuff I was missing (6-day squat and DL versions). He told me he was working on being able to adjust percentages on T2 lifts as well.
I use Zero to Hero for Android for my nSuns 5 day. Has all progression etc inbuilt. Just add your accessories and go.
edit: It has so many other programs too, not just nSuns. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mappz.zerotohero&hl=en_GB
Out of the various apps (Android) I've tried, I've gotta hand it to Zero to Hero for just being the damn best.
It's got a fair few in there, such as all the nSuns ones, Building the Monolith, etc, but it's also the ease of adding in your own (with the progression algorithms) that's got me hooked. I've plugged in The Rock's routine (or at least, the one from the BodyBuilding.com article) to try and stick to for a while, and it was a breeze. Love this app so much.
Hi there!
I developed Zero to Hero. This app allows you to combine elements and exercises from different programs and offers complex progression customization. Some of the most popular programs this app offers are:
nSuns 5/3/1 LP (4, 5 & 6-day)
GZCL (Jacked&Tan 2.0, UHF, The Rippler, VDIP)
Wendler 5/3/1
if you're interested in the app, download it at the Play Store. I appreciate any feedback, suggestions and sometimes even criticism ;)
Thanks!
Hi,
I'm the dev of the Zero to Hero app and I got a lot of requests to add the nSuns CAP3 program. That moment has finally come, but now I'm looking for some testers because I have no experience with the program whatshoever so I don't know what feels natural and what doesn't to regular CAP3 users.
So if you
then please reply to this comment or hit me up with a PM and I'll provide instructions on how to download the beta version with the CAP3 program. Thanks!
PS: Sorry if this is interpreted as self promotion and if that's not allowed here.
Edit: If you're a CAP2-UL user and are interested, feel free to let me know.
Damn I whish I had completed adding GZCLP to my app, Zero to Hero (Android). I'll add it later today or tomorrow and will give you a heads-up ;)
I'm on Android and it's "Zero to Hero."
EDIT: Before doing PHUL i used the same app for 5/3/1. I started using "Wendler Log" at first but ZTH had all these variations. And even before that I started using the StrongLifts app. Stronglifts was great since it made everything dead simple. I also like using the plate calculators, too!
Tangentially related, but I finally found an Android app which allows me to input specific percentage for each lift, session and set. It's a bit clumsy to type everything on a phone, but it's better than having to type in an Excel sheet on my phone at the gym, and you still get some nice graphs.
just started using 'zero to hero' ... I've been using 'Progression' for a while. zero to hero has a support for gzclp, jacked & tan, nsuns, etc ... it's pretty fuckin' awesome
edit: added link
Nah there's not any in the sidebar, but there have been a few threads about it. There are some specific nSuns ones or my preferred which also has a couple of others.

It does everything for you, you just have to add the accessories. No need for the spreadsheet really.
For accessories, I follow Swords_not_words's from this comment https://www.reddit.com/r/nSuns/comments/6bakp9/official_accessory_check_thread_10/dk2wny7/
If you're on android I highly recommend Zero to Hero. I use it 6 days a week for every workout. It has all the nSuns program variants built in.
I hate to say this but an iOS version won't come soon. The Android app isn't finished yet, and I don't have a Mac to develop the iOS version on.
I do make this promise: if the Android version will pay off (which it's currently starting to, yaayy), the iOS version will come. Seeing how long it took me to develop the Android version (took me more than 8 months to get here), I think it'll be a while out if I can't re-use code.
Sorry!
Edit: this was meant to be a comment on the comment by /u/woodleyAM , but yeah apparently I suck.
A little late to the party, unfortunately. Still taking this chance to promote Zero to Hero. This Android app is a little different than the rest. You can follow a default program (like GZCL, 5/3/1, PHAT, PHUL or nSun), but also edit those or create your own program alltogether.
I appreciate all feedback!
Have you seen the app Zero to Hero?

Really great way to set up progession schemes for different routines. Only app I've used that works this way.
It's an amazing feature.
Only app I've found that makes it easy to set up multi week progession
I downloaded the app Zero to Hero: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mappz.zerotohero&hl=en_US
and it has some good workouts to choose from. I chose one that fits my schedule pretty dang well and I enjoy it. The app also makes tracking your progress easy and its free.
For lifters, I would recommend Zero to Hero. It's a routine planner/log, with a decent amount of pre-set routines (various nSuns ones, PHAT, PHUL, Building the Monolith, other 5/3/1 ones, etc), that automatically increases the weight as needed. It's also easy to edit and create your own workouts, with whichever progression scheme you'd like. I love it to bits.

Cheesy name, but I started using it after I found everything else lacking for nSuns 531.
I switched programs now, but still use this app. It's clean and easy to customize workouts.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but Zero to Hero allows you to do nSuns 5/3/1 4- and 5-day and also allows you to add accessory exercises. Let me know what you think! https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mappz.zerotohero
Check out Zero to Hero, an Android app that's a little different from the usual fitness apps. Check it out in the Play Store
Zero to Hero includes a list of programs out of the box (including GZCL, nSuns, Wendler, PHAT, PHUL), but my main selling point is that it allows you to combine progressions from these programs.
An example is doing Wendler 5/3/1 BBB put progressing deadlifts with MagOrt.
I'm open to any feedback and appreciate any suggestions for programs and features. Cheers!
It's done! If you're familiar with GZCLP you could help me work out the few tiny use-cases I missed during the development (if any).
You can download Zero to Hero at the Google Play store. Let me know what you think of it!
