This is just an example of places people commonly go wrong. I know I made these mistakes.
Here are the ones we had in my office, and they are 30 per tub. https://www.amazon.com/Coffee-Mate-Irish-Liquid-Creamer-Single/dp/B00CF61DDK#immersive-view_1569779512938
I'm sure there are different cals/macros on different flavors. But either way, it's not zero.
I do in fact have the perfect recipe for halo top spaghetti.
First, get a noodle press (like this one www.amazon.com/dp/B019P8B1PU/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_wTPgDbQ0DXARA)
Next, press halo top through it. Any flavor works.
Finally, top with melted halo top. That's your sauce.
Enjoy!
Cronometer shows calories out, both total and split on BMR, general activity and exercise. Their food database is certainly among the smaller around (though it does seem to be steadily growing), but also more accurate.
Look up Fiber One chocolate fudge brownies. it's 70 calories for a slice which is slim but decent and is amazing if you microwave it and eat it warm.

I love mine. Can be tossed in a bag, it comes with a lid that is kinda loose, so adding a rubber band would make it perfect.
