I'm taking AP Gov next year, which I'm sure won't be too difficult compared to APUSH. I averaged an 86 in APUSH this year and thought the exam was moderately difficult at best, which is why I'm shocked about my score.

Made a 5 and here's what I did. I read this apush review book twice-http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/united-states-history-newman/1119606189?ean=9780789189042&sourceid=Q000000633&cm_mmc=GooglePLA-_-Book_Under5-_-Q000000633-_-9780789189042&st=PLA&sid=BNB_DRS_Core+Shopping+Books_00000000&2sid=Goog... Got a Princeton review book and did practice multiple choice Watched Adaam Norris' YouTube videos Tbh I prob would've flunked the Dbq since my teacher never went into depth and I thought the new conservatism was part of the last time period (can't remember #) but Adam Norris' video on the new conservatism saved me
OMG SAME don't check until after APs but krunker.io is so fun

also I don't really use quizlet bc it just ends up as aimless scrolling through sets, better to focus on a physical book with more structure imo
The Crucible, ahh. So I will summarize it very briefly, but my summary probably won’t help, anyway. Strictly from memory, I can’t remember their names lol, a reverend’s daughter is sick, rumors come in that witch craft has played a role in it. So the reverend calls in a witchcraft expert to see what it is about. They determined it was a product of witchcraft, and the reverend, who is afraid of construing his image, wants the conflict hushed. The daughter was found dancing in the woods with Abigail Williams, a major character, so they question Abigail. Abigail and other kids start going on, framing people for witchcraft, and it becomes a mess. Abigail secretly had a relationship with another man, so she goes after his wife. Before you know it he confronts the court, but they believed he was trying to overthrow the court. He becomes fed up and gets sentenced for witchcraft. Later on, the city becomes angry, realizing how immoral the witch trials were. The sentenced man then is given the chance to sign a paper, saying he was a witch, for his freedom, but declines because it would be a lie. He gets hanged in the end.
Lol, sorry if I didn’t help, that was basically all memory. Just know that a lot of people were hanged, one man crushed by stones. Young girls were causing the fake hysteria of the “witches”. Otherwise, the movie (depending on the right one) and the play are really similar, so you can learn a lot from that too. I tried.
Oh, and they incriminated the ones who said they WEREN’T witches. The ones who confessed to it, they believed it was in God's power to deal with them, not the Puritans’ power.
Also, the movie showed how horrible the court system was back then.
