My buddy gives me shit, said this is an airsoft brand...but they’re UTG flip ups. Yes side charging, and does not interfere with charging handle. Holds zero so far but aside from zeroing and plinking the first day, I have yet to use them honestly. Can’t speak on reliability yet. Here’s a link:

The optic is awesome. Built like a tank and the fiber is great as well as the tritium. Never an issue with not being able to see the reticle. For those situations of shooting from a dark place into a bright area, I bought the illumination kit. It’s only $30

Have had great success with this one. Have two. Plus it’s Amazon so if it does buy another and return the broken one

Hard to say because I don’t think anyone has the mini yet. I can’t imagine it not working out well! I use this 3 slot pic rail between the second and third mlok slot (from the front). The back of the second slot is usable for mlok but not the front. Nothing will fit where the blast can is. not sure if that helps. and the strike grip is great!
Love it. Might I suggest the Streamlight TLR RM2 for your illumination needs? https://www.amazon.com/STREAMLIGHT-69450-Rail-Mounted-Tactical-Batteries/dp/B084T3RPX4/
I ordered this for my 300 Blackout shorty yesterday, kind of excited about it. I hadn't considered a light/laser combo but at the range my buddy had a green laser on his AR9 and the bullets were appearing where his laser was pointing.. that was pretty cool.

I have this Sig Sauer Romeo 5 on a 5" AR-9 (Foxtrot Mike) and an 8" 300blk. I'm very happy with it.
I have a Sig Romeo 5 red dot. It’s a nice budget red dot if you’re looking for that. I also put a viridian green laser grip on my AR9. It’s low profile a low profile design.

I would also recommend using Rocksett for installing such parts. Available from a variety of places, found here on Amazon.
[probably already known and used, but just in case]
Taccom BCG, and 10oz KVP buffer. If you go with the Taccom short stroke, can replace the short stroke spacer with one of these https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B0085ZOZFI/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 topped with a quarter in the back of the buffer tube, and use quarters under it to get the spacing right.
Inforce wml. Comes in fde too.

I have the banshee 5” in 9mm (glock mags) and I ordered a BUNCH of lights to try on it (best thing about Amazon). The only one that worked ergonomically with such a short barrel was the inforce. Mount the m-lok to 5 slot picatinny adapter on the left side of the hand guard (assuming you’re right handed) and then the light on that. I mounted mine on one of the most forward slots to give myself more room to grip the hand guard and still have enough room to operate the light with my thumb. The light sticks out past the barrel about an inch, which can look super dumb if you mount on the top pic rail (some have said unicorn-like lmao), but not bad on the side, especially if you have the brake or put a can on it.
Like everyone else has said the 5” needs a small light but the ergonomics are more important to consider and the slanting button on the wml allows for a comfortable/capable grip. Instead of the typical c clamp grip, with the thumb over the top, I more palm the hand guard with my left thumb resting on the light button so I can easily activate/deactivate the light with my thumb, and it’s still comfortable for me
It’s not CRAZY bright but more than sufficient for home defense like you’d usually use this gun for and I actually used the light to maneuver through the bush behind my property and popped a hog with the gun at about 85 yards with a 3x magnifier (so I kind of cheated lol) but the light worked really well even outside at dusk
ETS Elite Tactical Systems CAM loader works good with Glock mags. Can shove in about 10 at a time.
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B074Q22SQG/
MagLula is great for any mag, have one of those, also. ETS doesn't work well with Sig P365 mags so I use the MagLula for those, instead.
Is this the optic ur talking about: Primary Arms SLX 1X MicroPrism with Red Illuminated ACSS Gemini 9mm Reticle https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09NSZJ4RC/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_9TJJKBP3MY2XCQ16JQWX?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Nope, that's the VMX, which is the older model. The micro is much smaller.

I know this may ruin my "street cred" (not that I had any to start with...) but I have had a similar light from Monstrum on my 4.5" and 5.5" builds for a couple of years now. Except for the tail caps loosening up once in a while (loctite would fix), they have worked fine for me despite the pounding they get from the blowback action. I only use the click switch. They are mounted all the way forward on the left side. I flipped the mount over so they're above the bore axis so I can click them with my thumb.
Don't get me wrong, I know there are a lot better lights out there, and I wasn't expecting much from them, but these have held up surprisingly well for the price.

Instead of cyanoacrylate super glue you could try some Plastic Weld Epoxy
Mount it how it works for you and get proficient with your setup. I run TLR-1 HL on the bottom with a pressure switch. It’s the long gun version.

Get on target looking down the barrel with the bolt removed...about 5d yds.
Then adj your optic to the same spot.. checking both...
This will get you pretty close before you fire any rounds....
Then fine tune the next few shots.
Also it's helpful for cleaning.
The HS403B requires picatinny to mount.
The lights I linked to use scout mounts and come with picatinny adapters. To mount to M-Lok you'll need either a section of picatinny rail or you'll need an M-Lok Scout Mount. This is what I use with my HL-X. This is twice as expensive but it'll bring the light in like a quarter inch closer.
5 inch or 8 inch? I picked this savior bag and have been pretty happy so far. Carries 5" and three pistols pretty well. Just wish it had dedicated mag holders.
I prefer something like Lucas

I keep my AR9 extremely well lubed, and clean it before storage or every 500rds or so.
Yes it’s this one

I like the Magpul grip bit would go with k2+ since it's an SBR and it has a less aggressive grip angle that feels more natural

Odin Works ambi safety

With the compensator the OAL is just under 22"
Runs like a dream, by far my favorite to take to the range.
Check this range bag our too, it's cheap and sturdy and good for SBRs:

If you're walking around in tactical 5.11 wardrobe with a G-shock, Wiley X sunglasses, and a high and tight, then no case is going to be all that discreet. If you are somewhat less conspicuous, a ukulele gig bag should be fantastic. They come in various sizes... a tenor uke case might be a bit long, but should have room for your optic.
LOL I use a $30 amazon one that I got 3 years ago. Haven't changed the battery yet and no issues at all. Love the quick detach on it.
Edit: this isn't the exact one but similar - https://www.amazon.com/Lixada-Tactical-Flashlight-2-Mode-Handgun/dp/B01LWLLGG1/ref=sr_1_11?dchild=1&keywords=picatinny+light&qid=1594100066&sr=8-11
The romeo5 is perfect for a PCC. About the only improvement it can use I'd a QD mount so one can swap it between guns. Some of those can get pretty pricey. I bough this from Amazon for around 30 dollars and it works well AIM Sports Inc Red Dot Quick... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072XP8W5N?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
