I was hoping to get the latest version approved by Apple before they closed down for the holidays, but it didn't happen, so the IOS release version doesn't have the newest updates available on the Android one. As soon as Apple open up again, the two versions will match.
The Components List in the Rules Reference tells us that there are 20 cards of each faction, so one of them is duplicated. Also 31 neutral cards, and /u/azeltir has analyzed the built-in decks to provide a list of duplicated neutral cards: https://boardgamegeek.com/blog/4547/valar-spoilerus
Agenda cards (so far) alter how you are permitted to build your deck. If you look at the spoiler page (https://boardgamegeek.com/blog/4547/valar-spoilerus) you can see the "banner agendas" toward the end. There is also one "Fealty" agenda.
You use the banner agendas to mix factions. For example, your main faction could be Baratheon, so you use the Bara faction card, and then your agenda card could be "Banner of the Kraken" for example, which will allow you to add non-loyal Greyjoy cards to your deck.
The Fealty agenda gives you a bonus for playing only one faction.
I've tried using a virtual machine with OCTGN, but it took forever to boot up and I spent probably ten minutes from the time I turned on my virtual machine until everything loaded and OCTGN ran smoothly. (This was on a MacBook Pro, don't know if you're on an iMac or not.)
Frankly, Bootcamp is so easy to install I don't find any reason to use a virtual machine. When you install Windows in a virtual machine, you're still using up hard drive space on your computer (mostly for the installed Windows OS) (and not only are all the windows processes running, but the mac ones as well).
If you're going to have Windows on your Mac, than you'd mine as well use Bootcamp because you access Windows while the Mac is booting up, so when you get into Windows, the Mac OS isn't running and not eating up extra processing power trying to run the Mac OS's processes.
If you're processor can handle a Virtual Machine, than you should be able to install OCTGN using any virtual machine.
If you do want to venture forth and install Bootcamp, go to the Bootcamp Support page, print out the instructions, and pay careful attention to the instructions. Apple designed the program to be very easy to operate.
I'd back up my data if you're going to do it (as you should any time you're messing with partitions), however the software is able to install a new partition without wiping the Mac OS and the data it contains (system files, your files, apps, etc.)
I've installed and un-installed Windows with Bootcamp multiple times on my MacBook and the data has never been corrupted or gone missing. Also, if you install a program like MacDrive on the Windows OS, you'll be able to read and write to folders and files that are contained on the Mac OS side (so you'll have seamless integration).

From the Rules Reference:
> When a player wins an unopposed challenge as the attacker, that player gains 1 power for his or her faction card. This occurs during framework step 4.2.3 (see AppeAppendix I), and is known as an unopposed bonus.
Only the attacker can get the unopposed bonus.
For questions like this, the A Deck of Thrones app has a searchable Rules Reference, so you can just type in "unopposed" and it'll bring up the relevant rules.

Well here's a sample image of a 2.0 card
I don't see anything that could indicate how many copies there are. In the lower right corner is the card's number from the set, and (what I assume is) the Core Set icon.
~~From what I've seen, the consensus seems to be 1x of everything in Core Set for 2.0~~
Edit: according to the below, I was incorrect. That's what I get for not having read the new documents provided in the Martell preview yet huh :)
Here give this a try: http://www.filedropper.com/showdownload.php/octgnnetimages
Try running it with -c parameter from your OCTGN directory.
~copy it into your OCTGN folder, while in the folder hold shift and rclick anywhere. Choose "Open Command Prompt Here" run: octgnNetImages.exe -c
Let me know if that works for you and I'll up it as a new feature :)
Book Depository in the UK has the most favourable prices for Canadians I've seen so far. They fluctuate a bit so you kind of have to watch them for the best deal. I bought four core sets at $35.05 CDN. Right now they're about $45.85. Yesterday they were $39.95. So you may be able to save a few bucks if you wait a day or so. No import fees or other such, and free shipping, too.
option for Europe - bookdepository has it http://www.bookdepository.com/Game-Thrones/9781633441903 but you need to subscribe to notification when it is back in stock - it is back in stock everyday for very short time - if you are fast enough, you can order it :) Got mines for 29€
Additionally, the first seller in the top is offering the core set for 25 bucks only, this seems a little suspicious to me as the game is 40 bucks in the official site. Am I risking to buy an unsealed product or something if I buy from that seller? What do you think?
I'm not sure this is actually out yet. It's "unnavailable" on Amazon
Alright, I'll show you some place (ignoring the meme).
Amazon
Cool Stuff Inc
And most importantly...
...your local FLGS!
Something like this? I've been thinking of getting one. How would you rate it?
Right now I have the cards just split up by faction in baggies spread out between three boxes. It's a horrible system.
Also you could check out the A Deck of Thrones app, which has the various FAQ's on each card page.
