Hey, sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I've also had a hectic schedule lately. Thank you for your kind words, they really mean a lot. If you find any of the things you try to end up helping your fissure, you should post them on r/AnalFissures -- this is the original subreddit on the topic that was banned due to no moderation. It has finally been unbanned and all of the helpful posts with useful information have been restored. As for my diet, I think I will maintain it for the long haul. I've been fat most of my adult life due to my diet. It's time to try something new and stick with it lol. As for my fissure healing, I got LIS 2.5 weeks ago and it was the best thing I've ever done. Prior to the surgery, I was immobilized for the majority of the day after my bowel movement due to pain from the spasms. I've been pain free since the surgery and hope it stays that way!
Great question about the seasoning chicken. I always marinate it in a dairy product (like yogurt, or buttermilk, or just milk + lemon juice) and a spice mix. The spices I use vary. For example, hidden valley ranch powder + salt in the dairy marinade makes a delicious chicken breast. If you like middle eastern food, these Maggi seasoning envelopes are top tier in flavor: https://www.amazon.com/Chicken-Seasoning-Shawarma-Mediterranean-Egyptian/dp/B08W49RZ1F/ref=sr_1_12?crid=2TUJHWRBRB0AV&keywords=chicken+shawarma+seasoning&qid=1660936323&sprefix=chicken+shawarma+seasonin%2Caps%2C197&sr=8-12
There are also a lot of Indian spice blends you can find online or in the store (like Trader Joe's) if you like Indian food. Don't be afraid to experiment and try new things. That is one of the most important things I've learned from my new "diet" -- now that I cook 95% of my food with limited ingredients, it has really opened me up to experimenting and trying things that don't always work (but sometimes do!).
Consider installing a bidet attachment to your toilet. Super easy to install, they cost around 30 bucks, and you’ll never have to wipe again except one wipe to dry yourself. Here is an example of one: https://www.amazon.com/Luxe-Bidet-Neo-120-Non-Electric/dp/B00A0RHSJO/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?crid=27IX1O7F9CGDE&keywords=bidet&qid=1658408981&sprefix=bidet%2Caps%2C103&sr=8-4
