I just now checked my copy. The smaller Terror tokens are the same size as the Doom/Clue tokens. Keep in mind that Dead of Night also has x3 Doom/Clue tokens that are are the same size as the mythos tokens.

Edit: I should also be clear that, except for map tiles, none of the expansions introduce a new size card or token. You just need more of the same size sleeves and capsules like the base game.

Nope! CotDP is specifically referred to as a revised edition, whereas the King in Yellow is just listed as having a first (2007) and second (2011) edition. Not sure if there is any difference at all or if the information regarding editions listed is just inaccurate.

Nope! The King in Yellow Expansion is listed as having a first and second edition (under versions). The second edition isn't referred to as a revised printing like it is with AH or CotDP, so I was wondering if there was any real difference at all, if they just fixed a few typos, or if the listing on BGG is just erroneous.

Sorry I don't know how to shrink down the link. But these are what we bought. We have capsules for all out Arkham games. It really is super nice to have them. We don't cover the health, insanity or clue tokens cause they are do small but all the rest we do. Totally worth it.

Fantasy Flight (Spain) . Can't find an official release date, but Amazon Spain sells it since January.

It definitely would not hold the cards if they are sleeved. I am getting my big box expansion today so I'm not sure how it will fit. If I remember I will let you know. It does however hold the small box expansion just fine.

I will note that there are others that might be better. This one works great for me. One downside is it does lift the lid by about a half inch so it won't sit flush the the ground, but it doesn't bother me too much for what it provides.
