The camera is a gopro 5 black, set to linear view (no distortion).

Oh, when I was looking for gopro mounting extensions, I found this set on amazon: 3-extension set I'm using the longest extension (~4").

Any of the like 14+ mm chains rated for motor vehicles, not necessarily Kryptonite brand. I went with this one, but there might be something better out now.

I promise you it is a rear stand. It is way wider than the front stands of that style.
