I think the inputs on the LGX are composite inputs whilst the output from your VHS will almost certainly not be composite.
Something like this is inexpensive and should do the job: https://www.amazon.co.uk/REDGO-Updated-Digital-Converter-Recorder/dp/B07MCTQRSP/
I ordered this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08QCXJT5M?psc=1&smid=A1ZALV08C41D0S&ref_=chk_typ_imgToDp .
Hoping it works!
I don't really change the EDID selector. It tends to mess things up with the HDMI handshake and stuff. I just leave it on the TV COPY setting where it auto sets the resolution. If you want something simpler, you can use this:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0831FCRW2
I've also used that and have had no issues with it.
Have you tried to use Linked Source on Xsplit?

Also, XSplit seems to support LGP natively. It might be able to use LGP without Stream Engine.
Hi there,

Hi there,

- the BU113 accepts 1440p144 and 1080p60 input signals but I don't see any info about 1080p120 (Xbox Series S/X, PS5,...) what about it?
==> No. BU113 doesn't support 1080p120.
- About the support on Mac M1 is it compatible?
= > Yes, BU113 can support Mac M1.
- It seems to be possible to "steam" via an android smartphone. Which application do I need to download on the smartphone? is it "Live Streamer"? if yes, could you give a download link to the apk? because on the google store the application crashes when installing on my Samsung Galaxy S10 (Belgian store).
=> yes, please see: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.avermedia.screenstreamer&hl=zh_TW&gl=US

Hello there, you might try as below:
-1 Disable C-State for CPU in BIOS, turn off overclocking , disable V/G/F-sync from input source
-2 Did you place other SSD with “M.2” interface? It may occupied the bandwidth of PCIe.
-3. if issue persist, please send us HWiNFO: install HWiNFO (URL: https://www.hwinfo.com/download/ ), and send create Logfile to us:*create logfile> XML

Not exactly sure of what you're set up is from reading this. AVerMedia makes this compatible card, which works with our M1 Mac Mini.
Alright the issue is more of his laptop using the elgato chat link cable - his laptop 3.5mm port seems to be only for headphone and the chat link cable needs to be used on the line in / mic port. So the problem is using the chat link on the controller = no audio through the HDMI(meaning no audio in the capture card) and the chat link cable is what will carry the audio.
He is gonna try getting a 3.5mm mic/headphone to USB this one to be exact (which should arrive for him on Tuesday), and plug the chat link cable into the red / line in input port and hopefully he will get audio that way for OBS(or SLOBS) as an Audio Input Source.
If that doesn't work he will be returning the capture card.

Hi brimur,
Are you referring to this model? (https://www.amazon.com/Dell-OptiPlex-5070-Desktop-Computer/dp/B07TJJPC6P)

In addition, do you face the 1 & 2 issues when you open CamEngine 4 only, without using other 3rd party apps? (Notes: select CamEngine 4 in OBS/Teams/Zoom for example). Thank you! DS
Hi TekSoup,
Thanks for the time.
It requires to use our new apps: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.avermedia.livestreamer
To avoid similar issues, the old apps will be to go off the shelf.

You can use a chat link cable but you'd have to connect it to the line in port on your PC then record that and mute the HDMI audio. You'd have to use a separate microphone on your PC as well to record your own voice.

Hi, this happens to me when I connect to a USB port that isn't fast enough or use a cable that doesn't support the required speed. Make sure you use a certified USB 3.1 Gen 1 cable (the one that came in the box) or USB Type-C cable with USB 3.1 Gen 1 support (I use this one https://www.amazon.com/AmazonBasics-USB-Type-C-Gen1-Cable/dp/B01GGKYUKI/), and that the port on the computer also supports USB 3.1 Gen 1.
I’ve actually found a decent way around the always on HDCP with the PS3 a while ago with this converter box https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0038XNTWW/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glc_fabc_PFBaGbD6KESQZ?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I bought a DVI to HDMI cable to go from the PS3 into the converter box and used a TOSLINK cable for the audio, since HDCP can’t be carried over DVI I am able to strip it out and then get a clean video signal with audio back onto HDMI and run it through my capture devices.
Do you have a switch (or a matrix would be better) you recommend that can do 4K 60hz HDR? I am currently using this one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08CDMQ852?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share which has the nice feature of also being an audio extractor so I can pull clean audio for monitoring without worrying about any latency caused by the GC555 or my pc.
I was able to make the cam look beautiful by doing the following:
Hope this helps.
You can record party chat if you play it through the speakers but if you want to record game chat you have to buy a chat link cable.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B017F85Q0S/
You plug it into your controller and connect your headset to it then connect the other end to the Line In port on your PC. Then you mute the HDMI audio on OBS and add the Line In as the audio source. If you don't have a Line In port then you plug it into the microphone port. You'd have to use a USB microphone in that case since it would be taking up the microphone port.
Hi CanTheOne,
May I know where are you from? You can go into Amazon e: https://www.amazon.de/AVerMedia-Sichtschutzverschluss-1080p-Videoanruf-Aufnahme-360-Grad-Schwenkdesign/dp/B07W1X93HW

So I switched cables, that did nothing. However, I switched inputs. Normally I have my systems set up with an HDMI switcher (this one, specifically) and then feed the output from that into the capture card. With that set up, I've been having to unplug the HDMI from the capture card and then plug it back in to read the input. I've now just directly plugged in the HDMI from a PS4 into the capture card and it reads the input from a cold boot, which it wasn't doing before. Interesting because I recently upgraded to this capture card from the Live Gamer HD 2 and I never had this problem with that one.
Hi there, thanks for your support! To achieve 144Hz over HDMI, you would have to actively convert the signal somehow, as just a cable will not work. We tried to find a possible solution and saw that some people reported that they were able to find success with an adapter like this https://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-Active-HDMI-DisplayPort-Converter/dp/B004I6IYSM?th=1 but unfortunately, we couldn't guarantee it would work as it is not our product and it is quite expensive. In the worst-case scenario, we also did just release our XL2411K which does support 144Hz over HDMI. Apologies for the inconvenience and please DM us know if you have any other questions about your XL2411P.
>steel series arctis 5
Hi Stay-Thrashyy,
If you connect the steel series arctis 5 (URL: https://www.amazon.com/SteelSeries-Arctis-Illuminated-Headset-Headphone/dp/B07FZQJ8PY ), is the volume still low?
According to our hardware design, the 4 Pole 3.5mm Jack of GC513 output lower audio because it could avoid noise occurred during the gameplay. In case you still have other questions, please feel free to let me know.

Hi TruePacifist14,
Do you mean you receive No Signal in the preview screen of RECentral or OBS? If you connect via the adapter of the composite to HDMI, do you use our ET111(URL: https://www.amazon.com/AVerMedia-Adapter-Composite-Output-ET111/dp/B00TQ43WI8 )? -DS.
Damn, it must be extremely old because I can't find anything for that specific one, anything of info I could see is for the very similar looking one(which of course is not the same) - https://www.amazon.com/AVerMedia-C038-DVD-EZMaker-Gold/dp/B000J5GZDC/
Sadly yeah I am with you that I could not find anything around, it definitely got lost in the internet. I would just give up on it :/ but keep it just in case anything is found(I will assume it probably also only works for xp/vista/7 x86, and not support x64). Just get something newer... if you really need that type of connection for capturing then just search on amazon av usb capture - there is tons that work fine nowadays.
I have the Live Gamer 4K and have my Xbox One X, PS4 Pro and Nintendo Switch all connected directly to it. Then I run an HDMI from the capture card directly to my 4K TV. I use a powered HDMI switch that works 99% of the time. Sometimes it doesn’t display the Xbox resolution correctly but turning the switch on and off fixes it. It doesn’t look like Amazon sells the exact one anymore but the same company has an updated version. The one I have only supports HDR 10 passthrough but apparently the new one also does Dolby Vision and Atmos as well:
ROOFULL 3 in 1 Out 4K@60Hz HDMI 2.0 Switch with IR Remote, Support HDR 10, HDCP 2.2, Auto-Switch, Dolby Vision/Atmos, YUV 4:4:4, 1080P/ 3D for PS4 Pro, Xbox, Fire TV, Apple TV (3 Ports) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07D3QD59P/
i also use a matrix switch & added 4 HDMI "distribution amps" - 1 for each of the matrix outputs. this allows me to send the correct EDID's to my video switcher (ATEM Mini) and to each sources' monitor (some are 4k capable, most aren't).
this is the 4x4 matrix i use (can't find it on Amazon any more): https://brightlinkav.com/brightlink-new-4x4-hdmi-2-0-matrix-hdr10-4kat60hz-yuv4-4-4-spdif-audio-out.html
this is the "distribution amp" i use: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0891L7XDH/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o08_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
they call it "Duplicator Splitter" but to me it is a "distribution amplifier with a scalar on one output" lol

Hi lilrepboy,
May I know where you are located? Live Gamer Bolt is available on Amazon US (URL: https://www.amazon.com/AVerMedia-Live-Gamer-Bolt-Thunderbolt/dp/B085SZNB75 ). However, please note Live Gamer Bolt now only supports Windows 10 PC with Thunderbolt3. -DS.
I believe I managed to solve my own issue, although I am not sure why it was resolved by this:
I have a AORUS B450 Elite motherboard (The Amazon Entry, for reference), and I initially had my GC570 installed in the PCIEX1_1 slot, above the graphics card in the 16x slot.
When I moved the card to the PCIEX4 slot, it worked normally. Unfortunately, the PCIEX1_2 slot was already in use, or I would have tested it, there.
Not sure if the slot was bad or if I misunderstood something about the GC570's PCIE Slot Requirements, or what, but it seems to be working, now.

Hello Shinio,
We would recommend you connect input source from input source to our capture card directly instead of converter/adapter. If it's necessary for you, you may refer below ET113 (notes: component to HDMI) : https://www.amazon.com/AVerMedia-Adapter-Component-Output-ET113/dp/B00TQ6ZCF2 -DS.
As for original XBOX, did you indicate this item?
https://www.amazon.com/Controller-Gear-Officially-Licensed-Console-Skin/dp/B07CHMJY31

If so, seems original XBOX output through composite cable (Y.R.W). LGP doesn't support composite transmission. You can try different way such as adapter/converter but we don't guarantee if it's workable.

We understand that this may not have been what you wished to hear. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us
