Good. In the mean time, coat your apartment and all your stuff in a layer of Cimexa dust. It's worth every penny, and the extreme dryness your skin will feel. Neem Oil soap will help keep you moisturized and may help fight the bed bugs. (It's definitely good for your skin, not sure about it's anti-insect properties). Include your vehicle in the dusting process. Hand bellows help spread it nicely.
Begin a sanitization cycle of all your clothes, bedding, etc. New box of black heavy duty trash bags, wash & dry on full heat (unless clothes are delicates....) and seal bags with tape. A coating of Cimexa (inside and out) is not a bad idea. Keep anything you don't need immediately sealed until after you are moved.
Your mattress and box spring are toast, bag them for now (there are bed bug liners for them), toss them when you move. Same with pillows. For sentimental items you can get a portable steam cleaner, but you'll want to dust and bag them immediately after cleaning, and keep them there for 18 months (Bed Bugs can live at least 16 months without feeding, in a dormant state).
Read all the posts in this sub, check out the links, and prepare yourself for war. They can be incredibly hard to get rid of, and if the whole building isn't cleared out they will just simply spread from where ever they survive, so you have to be super defensive of your apartment until you can move.
Wife and I had to throw out this great radio alarm clock that set its own time from reading clock signals on certain frequencies because bed bugs had taken up residence and it wasn't worth it to keep it.
My friend just went through bed bug hell with his kids. He finally got rid of them. He used those cups for the feet of the bed (http://www.amazon.com/Climbup-Insect-Interceptor-Bed-Trap/dp/B0033SC0LI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1455650046&sr=8-1&keywords=bed+bug+cups) and put double sided tape around the bed frame so they would stick to it and then sprayed the whole house with this stuff (www.homedepot.com/p/Bed-Bug-Rid-16-oz-Ready-to-Use-Insect-Control-Spray-Bottle-BBR300316/204366819). Also he washed all the sheets in hot water and moved the bed away from the wall so if the bugs tried to get to him and the kids, they would have to try to get past the cups and tape. He said he would find the bugs near the ceiling as they would try to hide in the molding and crevices like that. Good Luck!!!
