What is his cage made of that it can rip?!
Go buy the largest tote that will fit him and attach his heat mat to the underside or his radiant heat panel too the roof. Place your thermostat probes. Drill or solder air holes. If you use heat bulbs - maybe attach a sheet of wire grid shelving like Elfa over his existing enclosure lid with wire or zipties?
I can certainly try to answer any questions you might have! ^^; I'm not a breeder and my girl Jago is my first boa, but I'm pretty devoted to making sure she's got the best husbandry possible. :> I also strongly recommend Vin Russo's book The Complete Boa Constrictor, it's pricey but entirely worth the cost!
After ~3 years boas should only be fed once every 3-4 weeks, so that's not an issue. They're hard to starve.
Try to keep humidity around 75-80% (this hygrometer is great). My girl goes blue first for about a week, then clears up for a week, then sheds. Bathing shouldn't be necessary unless the shed is shredded and incomplete.
I like Reptile Prime for my boa - but I use a heat panel. I wouldn’t use a mat through an enclosure floor and a few inches of bedding for a large heavy snake.
It’s slightly cheaper through Chewy. It’s great at retaining humidity and easy to spot clean.
I think optimal is like 50-70%?
I use this one in both my tanks, I have good luck with it.

If you are worried, get one of the govee temperature meters that sync with your wifi. You can set it to send your phone an alarm if temp gets too high. I use it as the emergency back up in case a cheaper thermostat breaks and overheats.

This is the one I got, there may be other options
