I typically use 14x14x6 for most of my shipping. It fits most large standard square boxes which are around 12x12x3.5, with room for lots of padding. The only downside is that it doesn't fit 2 games. A 14x14x14 box can fit 3 large games with padding.

I do save most of my appropriate-sized boxes from shipments that are sent to me, to avoid having to buy boxes. But I have shipped plenty so I just bought boxes in bulk on Amazon when they're cheap. They're not cheap now unfortunately. $1/each or less is reasonable, but resusing free boxes is best.

Most packaging I have is reused from Amazon orders, etc. Although I did buy a roll of bubblewrap on Amazon.

Definitely use Pirateship.com for shipping. It's by far cheaper than walking into a USPS or UPS store. In the past UPS ground has been about $8-15 to ship based on location, but USPS just introduced a new service called parcel ground which is about 50 cents cheaper to most locations, so I'm using that now. All of this is through Pirate Ship. (Note that Pirate Ship does not default to the cheapest option when giving you a recommendation.)

I also bought some sticky labels from Amazon to run through my printer. Unnecessary but I like them.

25mm. I ordered these from amazon. They have a tiny, tiny little mold nub on the side that you may want to trim off with a hobby knife if it bothers you. The tokens fit perfectly, ever so slightly snuggly, If you want to remove them (I don't know why you would), there is a small probability that you may kink the chips slightly as you are trying to get them out. You'll need about 240 of them. They feel and look amazing. At a glance, you can't tell it's a cardboard chip inside plastic shell.

I highly recommend the digital version of Onirim over the physical one. So much shuffling. Shuffling that let's to more shuffling. You can always buy the essential cards from the base game here for $15 which makes expansions playable without the entire base set. I haven't tried the Adventures exp, but I'm guessing it would work with it also.
