Handy Home Blood Pressure Logbook
After being diagnosed with hypertension a few years ago, my doctor advised me to take my readings at home and to check in with her every three months to see how they were and to see if my medication needed adjusting.
Last year, after doing this for a number of years, I decided to make my own log book. After showing a few people, they said, "Why don't you sell this?" It's useful. So I did.
