There are a few of those "Everything but the Bagel" spice and seed mixtures for sale at Trader Joes, HEB, etc, etc...

But a "Bagel with Everything" includes that much, plus cream cheese and salmon. So I spread a little softened cream cheese on a salmon fillet and coated it with the seed-spice mixture and air fried it for a few minutes skin side up.
Now THIS is truly, "Everything but the Bagel". Served with a biscuit for irony.
Cheddar & green onion biscuits from this recipe (cut in half). I didn't have cheddar, so I used colby-jack cheese instead and I followed someone's suggestion and shredded the butter with a cheese grater. Topped with a bit of butter, poached eggs, and more green onion. Turned out pretty great, would make again.
There are crinkle-cut knives, sorry, I thought we had that assumed.
Example (no idea if its any good, literally first result) https://smile.amazon.com/ZYLISS-Crinkle-Potato-Vegetable-Stainless/dp/B011T12ASI
Thanks!!
Here’s the bagel recipe if you’re interested.
Coconut butter is super yummy! It’s just puréed coconut. You can use as a replacement like any other nut butter. Pretty high in saturated fat (and very rich) but I think it’s delicious with berries. This is the brand I use.
I cook my over easy eggs in a tiny little cast iron pan I found at a thrift store with a bit of oil. I heat it on medium, drop the egg in and take it off the burner. Cooks to over easy real quickly!
I'm mostly into poached eggs though, so I sold out and picked up some of these because I suck at it. They've been life-changing.
