I actually got a super tiny one from amazon for like 7 bucks? Seeing how much extra product I was able to get out of tubes made it worth it for me. But I’ve also seen super tiny kitchen spatulas. If you’re really in a bind you can use q-tips and pitch them afterwards. It’ll be a bit messier on your hands, but hey, it works!
But I'd buy a different white paint, because the white that came with it is terrible.
(disclaimer: I don't know what white paint is normally like, but this one does pretty much nothing to lighten/weaken the colors it's mixed with)
Sorry for the delay. I guess it is $30 now. This is the kit.. And I also picked up this organizer, which makes it a lot easier to organize the colors. Not strictly necessary, but imo worth it.
Just added some glitter, letters, googly eyes that I had in my craft stash to some resin in a mold and let it harden in the sun (-:
Here’s the resin I have, although I remember it being a lot cheaper like a year or so ago.
It’s not the best, it still kind of stays a little sticky. I’m sure there’s better/cheaper ones out there.
Sorry for commenting on an old post, but I saw this and thought I'd recommend GIMP.
Not only is it free, but it is also open-source (if you care about that). No need to even watch ads, and from the looks of the recent updates to it, fairly well maintained. I've admittedly never actually dived into it (or any other photo editing software for that matter), but from the one or two times where I had to use it, it's really similar to photoshop so it's pretty intuitive, and there's a large enough community that any questions you might have should be answered by a quick google search or youtube tutorial.
Cool, once you get comfortable, you should take a look at photo editing software like gimp or paint.net, they are very useful free tools.
You can currently get the set on Amazon for about $45! Amazon link
I’d say they’re definitely a high enough quality to justify the price 👌🏼
It’s not specifically for plants, but it’s waterproof and in the range of the best strength(?) (6000-6500K) for plants according to what I was able to look up.
Here’s what I got from Amazon.
