atsushi is the main character and dazai is the protagonist. a quick google search can explain the difference

here's how i made him:

you need - a big ass piece of cardboard - glue - a printer or go to the print shop - scissors - a knife cutter (optional)

1. find a high quality picture of the character you want to make
2. go here and upload you picture
3. leave the paper settings like they are!!! you can change the height/width of you poster by changing the number of sheets in output size (look at the bottom right to see the measurements)
4. klick continue and choose no effects
5. continue twice and complete the poster. you should end up with a pdf document
6. print out said document
7. cut out all of your sheets
8. glue them onto the cardboard (it helps to lay them down first so you know where each piece has to go)
9. cut out your cardboard with the paper on it
10. you're done!!

You could maybe also, if you are a little crafty or know someone who is, either buy a long cloak that is a good color and cut it to make it the right length, or buy some fabric and make one 🤷‍♀️

I don't think it is available to watch online anywhere, but I think you can buy the DVDs from a few japanese websites - source.

As far as I'm aware, it's the same plot as the Dark Era arc in the anime (s2 episodes 1-4, or episodes 13-16) and the light novel, "Osamu Dazai and the Dark Era" - also available as an ebook from Google Play, etc.

I bought my physical copies online (from Amazon, the YenPress editions) but you can also get the ebooks on the Google Play store (and probably other places) - though perhaps your region is affecting your search results?
