You might get a box of Liquid IV. Just mix it with 16 oz of water and it works well for me when I'm dehydrated. I keep some in my backpack and my diabetic medicine bag.
+1 for magnesium. helps a lot with sleep during the WD phase. also makes the WD dreams even more vivid and interesting if taken before bed (not always desirable though)
OP if you don't already have some this stuff is great:

Best value IME, cheapest bioavailable form online at least and they sent two freebies as well
You can order them off of amazon, i will link below. I currently take 3x pancreatin, 3x betaine HCL and 3x Super Digestive Enzymes capsules with every meal daily and have effectively cured my CHS. Mine used to be so bad I was hospitalized twice over it and felt like I was dying every hyper metic episode. Hopefully this helps some people out because many people like me still need medical cannabis and can’t cease usage. Link: https://www.amazon.com/NOW-Pancreatin-10X200-250-Capsules/dp/B000776KK0/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=pancreatin+now&qid=1594883659&sr=8-3 that’s just one of the supplements I take but I listed the 3 above that I use daily. I also use a generic probiotic daily. I only take now supplements but you can order all of them off of amazon
I'm going to try this one because its made in the US and people in the reviews said its delicious. 😊 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07HPD129N/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_QZ4CT2ECGDN1N2B87AAA?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
If my stomach is bothering me then I'll sit on the couch or lay on my back with the pad on my belly or chest, just whatever helps the pain. But yeah my back was giving me all sorts of trouble, probably from tensing it and rolling around, not sleeping doesn't help. You should absolutely buy the heating pad for your back, there's just not really any good reason not to have one. This is the one I just picked up on Amazon for under 15 bucks and I like it so far, I haven't used the sponge to try a wet heat yet. But your back is definitely going to thank you for this, also if you haven't tried a foam roller I would recommend one of those as well to help you stretch, my back cracks like a machine gun when I get on that bastard lol.

I really like these for before eating, helped me eat more than 2 bites of a meal before feeling full.
For me, neutral foods are like...
Mashed potatoes (not too much cream/butter, though)
Cream of wheat/oatmeal/rice. Nice, hot, stick with you & has a bit of fiber (especially the oatmeal)
Plain buttered white toast with a gently scrambled egg. Or poached. Tiny bit salt/pepper
Yogurt. I like Activia black cherry or mixed berry
Basic chicken soup
Key is SMALL PORTIONS and eat s l o w. Chew slowly as well.
Drink lots of fluids; water is always good.
You can always start real basic like with some Glucerna or Ensure along with maybe half a banana or small handful of grapes. Try that for a while. Then add toast or saltines or something like these: Belvita Breakfast Biscuits.
Major things to remember: SMALL PORTIONS & HYDRATE OFTEN. Eat slowly. I find it helpful to breathe in time with my slow chewing when things are particularly bad stomach-wise.
Stock up on broth, meal replacement shakes and ginger ale. I also would not suggest quitting cold turkey. I can tell you from experience, it will be a full year off the green next month for me, quitting is going to help your anxiety in the long run!! Try to remember that it's the backswing from how good it used to feel, so its not how you REALLY feel. Its like chemicals in your brain that are correcting themselves.
You should try to separate from others that might pressure you to keep smoking and anyone that might be so negative by default that they can't help but make your anxiety worse. Surround yourself with people that truly care about your wellbeing if you can.
I know what you mean when you say you can't take off work for this, so you will need to strategize how best to taper off. I would almost say leave the bong alone, only because it can be so strong and concentrated. If you vape it at all, I would drop that first.
It might take a little while, it might feel a little hopeless, I assure you, it is NOT! You will be able to eat again, have faith because our bodies are amazing at healing themselves. I also found that taking L-Tyrosine, Ashwaghanda and HTP-5 supplements really helped me feel less crazy but you need to be able to keep them down. I found those on Amazon. If you know this is an addiction there's a great book also on Amazon.

I hope this helps and feel free to message me if you need to talk to someone about this or have any other questions!
Yes, I take these: American Health Original Papaya Digestive Enzyme Chewable Tablets - Promotes Nutrient Absorption and Helps Digestion - 600 Count (200 Total Servings) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0014291SA/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_XHW1ADFPGAYP6A11VJHG?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
After multiple CHS bouts in the hospital it was recommended I get an Endoscopy to check for damage from the vomiting. Turns out there was a lot of damage and doctor recommended I take these (among other things) to help stabilize the situation. I take them regularly now and I think they have a lot of positive impacts on my whole gastrointestinal situation.

It's a game changer for me. All of my episodes always end in the ER. Usually hot showers would provide short-term relief.
I had signs of prodromal starting to show recently but I've nipped it in the bud early enough to avoid hyperemtic phase completely so far. Just quit smoking cold turkey, and just drinking water and pedialyte with a light snack here and there.
This is theSpicy Cream I use.
Try Restore this helped me:

Just refrain from weed you'll slowly get better with time.
This is what you need mix it with water. It tastes alright not amazing but it’s the cheapest electrolyte supplement on the market. I drink some before I drink beer and after and get no nausea or hangovers.
Ive used this for this for like two years now. Not daily, only on heavy meals. Or when I feel my belly acting up.

Then main ingredient from what I gather in Pangrol is pancreatin. For those of us in the U.S. you can get it here (I just ordered some)

Bit of background. I've been dealing with what I believe are CHS symptoms on and off for years, although very mild compared to most as my consumption is very low (Daily but <.1g vaped in the evenings.) 1/8 lasts me well over a month. I've had success in treating my digestive issues through healthy eating, enzymes, probiotics, exercise and another product also on amazon called "Restore" for gut health.

Bottom line, weather it's pangrol, pancreatin or other enzymes, I really think treating this as a digestive issue, and de-stressing using meditation/yoga/exercise and supplements like GABA can help greatly.
(I'm not a doctor nor have I consulted one regarding this but I do tons of research on this subject). While I can't call Pangrol or other enzymes a cure, I encourage everyone to try and report back. Enzymes have made a difference for me.
Ive seen a ton of people having success but I have yet to try myself. Just got back from some vacation time so this will be the next test.
Some are using HCI and Pancreatin separate and having success. They are some that needed to tweak how much of each they were taking to get it to work. Should be easy tp source from Amazon and pretty cheap overall.
Others have had to use a combo pill to help. Ill have this linked below. This is supposed to contain both and activate charcoal. Not sure why it would be different but I dont question our bodies anymore..
Thanks again for the response man. Yeah, my insurance sucks and I have very little confidence in regular docs. My naturopath actually moved states a few months back and I'm working on finding someone new.
Something else that I was using in the Spring was a supplement called "Restore" on amazon.
I think that really helped, and got me to where I could vape all summer. Funny thing is I ran out, and about a month later the stomach pain came back. So look into that, HCL and enzyme supplements.
It’s my favorite sports drink forsure. Just a lil expensive. If you’re looking for a cheap electrolyte option try electrolytes
Pepcid complete OTC, nausea meds, probiotics to help me "go", gasx to stop the pain and bloating after meals, pleeeenty of water, and taking it easy. Inflammation is a thing to so use an NSAID as needed but don't over do it.
If you're vomiting, water is super important, if you can only drink a little try thosehydration enhancers off Amazon they work really well
Info:
I have had CHS for a year pretty much exactly, have had 3 or 4 week ish long vomiting episodes and a lot of smaller just mornings, but had that crappy throat reaching stomach ache pretty much every day. I haven't really stopped smoking/dabbing besides during the long episodes. Until yesterday the only things that made me feel better were forced vomit, heat (shower and heat pad, temporary), and ginger ale or ginger tea seemed to help a bit too but never super fast or completely effective.
Some other things I have tried are activated charcoal and probiotics, neither seemed effective.
I flew home for the holidays and was a little worried that I didn't have any of my ginger ale and would have to get some more, but my mom offered me one of these little ginger candies and literally as I was swallowing it it gave me this fresh/burning sensation and not 5 minutes later the awful feeling was gone. It stayed away all day. I tried it again on this mornings stomach ache and same thing, I couldn't wait to tell you guys about it!
She said she got them at Sprouts which is a chain health foods store. They came in a small package of like 6 unfortunately, but I haven't done too much looking into other buying options. They are very strong flavored and chewy so I recommend biting them into 2 or 3 pieces even though they are tiny.
Hope this helps and that you guys can find them or something similar. Ultimately IMO it seems like the important part is a high concentration, real ginger, and eating seems to be more effective than drinking. Please let me know if you try them and what your experience is!
Edit: found them on Amazon with a quick search, should have done that first.

Same boat, I've had the violent week long vomiting episodes but not for a while now, I have to force it 90% of the time. For the love of God though don't put your fingers down your throat it's unpleasant enough to have to force it but at least use something like this tongue cleaner or the handle of a toothbrush is a lot more bearable
Fortunately for me the vomiting does tend to keep that feeling away for a while, usually the day. Also worth mentioning that I do not eat anything a few hours before bed and when I do force vomit it's almost always dry or just like saliva but still gets rid of the feeling somehow?
