Can't find anything from Decathlon in Canada.
Here's the power rack: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01N4I8FOY?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I'm quite happy with it. Just make sure it's big enough for you. I'm smol so the size is good. Also I wouldn't do swinging or kipping moves on it. It's kinda light
Hope that helps :)
Buy a 12 lbs weight vest and do pull ups push-ups and squats, got me gainz very fast. Yeah bro, these tall ones are ProSourceFit and they are 35inches tall. They (on Amazon, maybe only Amazon prime, not sure) are $20 less right now for the black ones. Other colors are regular 79.99 not sure why, maybe they need to get rid of them. Only 59.99 so if I were you I’d buy them now! Usually these are pretty expensive.
I'm 6'1" and really appreciate things that are made for taller individuals. If you have some good ceiling clearance and a door frame, I highly recommend this rig.

I’m from europe, so pricing might be different for you, but ok, here. Idk what shipping is like since I’m from eu, its free for me, but you’ll 100% be able to find some on the us version.
Prolly even better ones on marketplace sites.
This book is how I started calisthenics. I cant imagine a better one out there. It has three sections, beginner, intermediate advanced. Each section has one page for every exercise with easier ad harder modifications then daily programs for an entire month. So it has a 3 months beginner to advanced program. When I finished it i simply started again but with a 5kg weight vest and 2 5kg dumbells to carry during leg exercises. It comfortably transitions you from pushups to archer pushups to one arm pushups. But some exercises when i reached the last month i needed to watch youtube videos and train for them separately to achieve them. For example in the last month it tells you on some days to do a 10 sec front lever hold. I couldnt do that so i did the easier modification and watched youtube tutorials and did separate trainings. The programs are literally perfect for endurance, hypertrophy and switches between muscle groups to rest them and not get injured. Trust me, you will not regret a single cent spent on it.
Buy a resistance band to do assisted pull-ups with. It acts as a spotter. You’ll be doing regular pull-ups after that in no time. God Speed lad!

You can use them as a spotter / assistant for just about any move as you progress into it. Witnessing my homie dial in his front lever with resistance bands changed my mind on them forever. Cheers!
I have a 50 pound typical styled vest I still haven’t worked up To yet but
This has a more comfortable design to it (have used it on runs) fits almost better than a backpack, only downside is it only goes up to 30 pounds. Even the 30 pound one only cost 100tho
Haha brilliant, and yeah the link worked :) I'm in the UK so I had to try find a similar thing, and I think this is the exact same one (but in red because it's even cheaper haha). So it works out at £28, which is $35, so it's half the price of the one on the US site. So you think it look the same as yours? I noticed yours says heavy duty, the UK one doesn't :/

Buying a door bar is essential. I got my perfectly good one for 10 USD. A calisthenics pro i follow on insta was asked “can i train calisthenics without a bar” and he answered “can you play football without a ball” which in my experience is 100% accurate Also I would recommend buying this book https://www.amazon.com/Bodyweight-Workouts-Men-Anywhere-Exercises/dp/146544145X I started my calisthenics journey with it. It contains a 3 months program starting beginner, intermediate then advanced. There’s easier and harder variations for each exercise. This book can keep you going for a full year. After the first 3 months repeat but with harder variations then again but with a weight vest and so on. If you cant afford the book then I would search for free programs on youtube. Dont look for random different videos but find a program by one creator and stick to it. A good plan and consistency is key. Also you should warmup (ropejump is excellent) before every workout and stretch for flexibility after.

These are a bit expensive but good quality
Also buy this as you will need it.
Its a pullup bar best for the price your paying same one i have.

This app counts your push ups using your phone's proximity sensor. It has some other neat features like: voice counting, achievements, timing and pace indicator, a leaderboard and a local saving system that stores your overall performance statistics.
At the moment, it is available for free on Play Store. Here's the app link.
Please let me know if you like it, and what could I improve about it to make it better. I appreciate any kind of feedback!
Chin ups help for that (from experience, I don't have the best forearm genetics as well). "+" Wrist Rollers
Do both of these 3x a week and you'll see nice results for sure within a few months.
First of all wrap it with a disinfecting solution such as polidine, you can use a simple bandaid.
As long as it is not fully healed always train with a hand wrap (example: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B017V08C6K/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_133EG4RD2Y23WYMKAARP?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 ),
Or with training gloves (example: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07KQR9VXG/ref=cm_sw_r_wa_apa_glt_fabc_XFY2JAGDKNV6CRHC6HKH ).
Note, if you use a hand wrap don't wrap it for martial arts (more layers on the knuckles) but for gym and lifting (more layers on the pads).
Next I'd suggest you keep training pull with hand protection and if you aren't and you notice the callus getting too white and hard lay off the pull.
Good luck!
Yea that's what I was thinking, you see any issues with hanging them on a simple bar like this.
If you want to create you own workouts , you can try my app , I made a beta version :

I think you should buy one of the wall drill ones, but the big ones to get space for when you can practice muscle ups. Of course, you have to make sure you have enough space for them https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HF8U37U/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_imm_t1_fa7WFbDGVJRMK
