I'll just leave this here.
Ask yourself, since the CSA has existed since 1912, why isn't soccer more popular in Canada? Why did CSA leave FIFA from 1926 to 1948? Why has Canada attempted multiple soccer leagues just to have all of them fail? Why has the CMNT had 13 coaches in the last 15 years?
What I suspect is going on is that you're upset with USSF and MLS for your own reasons. Instead of understanding the nuances of CSA and what difficulties Canada has had with soccer over the decades, you're projecting your ideals onto our system.
You hate the MLS doesn't have pro/rel and you've latched onto the fact the CPL has stated it wants to work towards that. You hate that the US didn't qualify for the world cup and you're projected onto Canada that we somehow would have beat Honduras in the hex (even though we didn't eve get that far in qualifying).
Because there is so much you don't know about soccer in Canada, it's easy for you to dream up your own perfect system. The problem with this is that if you maintain illusion as the reality of soccer in Canada you will soon become just as disillusioned with our program as you have with USSF when we fail to produce the results you think we so clearly deserve. Sorry mate, but CSA and the CPL are not some paragon of soccer that USSF should attempt to model itself after.

Now that you mentioned the colours of a possible Saskatoon team, this is the ideal kit for this team.
In honesty, if OneSoccer is all you are trying to get into trial the cheapest VPN service you can find that has independent auditing and see if it works. OneSoccer isn't the BBC, so even obvious VPN's should work fine.
Express VPN, CyberGhost and ProtonVPN are decent options though. But trial any service and use it as intended before purchasing.
We might get one good snow fall in April, maybe two but "snow-filled" is a gross exaggeration
Difference between the beginning and end of April is minimal, and likely means they can beat the NHL out of the gates in October when they take over the media hype in Canada
I believe they just use historical averages for these type of future projections which should give a decent picture, we'll be fine outside of random events
