Mate if I could post in Dutch I would have a field day with Simeone complaining about refs. But you asked for only one example so here we go:
https://www.football-espana.net/diego-simeone-criticises-referee-over-morata-slap
I gave you two.
Did you pull those stats out of your ass? Even just watching the match you can tell those are all bullshit, he was not dispossessed a single time. Here read the actual stats
That's only part of the story though. Verratti wanted the move to Barca, but Khefaili told him they wouldn't sell him and keep him on the bench for the rest of his contract if he didn't come out to reject Barca.
Marquinhos also wanted to go to Barca but was also not allowed. PSG should be happy that France doesnt work with release clauses.
Came off as a pretty crazy challenge at the time, when they were both at Derby, but now...
Well at Mase's age Lampard had 4 caps to Mount's 16, and his first tournament was when he was 25...
Mount keeps his consistency and he could very well surpass Lampard's cap total.
He started integrating a 20 year old hakimi into his squad as well as 2 other players I can’t remember right now. He also played 17/18 year olds in the euro cups when at Chelsea. His philosophy on youth is “if you’re good enough to play with a great team, you play.” source
Kinda actually linked to 18 players so far, it's f'ing hilarious. I also, just in general, really like their run down.
Like for Griezy,
> Antoine Griezmann made The Decision to leave Atletico Madrid, finally, after making The Decision to stay at Atletico Madrid last year. He's going to end up at Barcelona, but obviously every twist and turn is going to be sold until then as MAN UTD SUFFER BLOW or MAN UTD GIVEN HUGE BOOST IN PURSUIT OF ANTOINE GRIEZMANN because flogging dead rumours are in everybody's best interests, aren't they?
> Is it happening? Can't be arsed.
Yes. That was when the report of the Valbuena Benzema thing first broke out. He was subsequently unbanned.
ETA:
Other than some tweets talking about his first appearance, not much.
Based on this site it appears he is getting minutes with some a full 90 minutes mixed in often:
https://www.transfermarkt.us/cole-turner/leistungsdaten/spieler/659780/saison/2020/plus/1
This site seems pretty deep since they even have stats for Jack De Vreis: https://www.transfermarkt.us/jack-de-vries/leistungsdaten/spieler/659781/saison/2021/plus/1
Looks like after a red card suspension he played a game on the 23rd for a full 90.
EDIT: Actually Fotmob has stats too: https://www.fotmob.com/players/1078066/cole-turner Looks like 2 good games mixed in with some average ones.
In limited action he looked good. According to fotmob he played 14 minutes, 17/19 passing(89%), 1/1 on duels, 1/1 on aerials, and 1 recovery.
https://www.fotmob.com/livescores/3643412/lineup/player-match-card/880095/usa-vs-haiti
I like it. Thanks for putting this together.
I had the most difficult time rating Moyes' squad selection. I mean, it's a good squad selection, but it's not like he has much of a choice right now as the starting 11 are pretty obvious. I can see people arguing for Areola over Fabs, but that's about it.
Just as a comparison point, FOTMOB had the following player ratings for the match:
You can get actually Stats Here not that fiction he wrote. Click on any player in the lineup and it'll tell you everything.
Dembele has been fined by Xavi for reporting 3 minutes late to Barcelona training.
> One of Xavi's rules is that players must arrive at the training ground 90 minutes before each session starts. Dembele, who has struggled with his timekeeping in the past, failed to do this on Friday morning. The session started at 10:00am and the Frenchman did not clock in until 8:33am, making him three minutes late. As punishment for his tardiness, Dembele was hit with a fine. Xavi does not just expect his players to arrive on time either; he has similar standards for his coaching staff. His backroom team are all instructed to arrive two hours before each session starts so they can conduct individual talks with players before the group training begins.
Fotmob: https://www.fotmob.com/teams/9825/stats/arsenal/teams
Big chances created - 7
Big chances missed - 10 (3 more than we created apparently)
What is this maths?
He was only a couple chances created off KDB and Grealish last season (though 15 off Bruno) but in terms of ‘big chances created’ he’s closer to Raphina and Creswell than he is KDB and Bruno (https://www.fotmob.com/leagues/47/stats/season/15382/players/big_chance_created/premier-league).
Looks like he played regularly over the winter but hasn't played in about two months.
https://www.fotmob.com/players/525629/kemar-michael-lawrence
Ah sure, but we still wanna be a lil more accommodating to people who don't fully believe the crap they read, but would like to post about it, and discuss it etc etc.
Hopefully actual transfer news will pick up soon, and save us all from these times, but atm? We can just have fun with what's being written.
Kinda like what fotmob did - https://www.fotmob.com/embed/news/6371386-a-full-squad-of-18-linked-to-man-utd-even-though-the-transfer-window-has-been-open-for-like-3-days
I found a completly serious paper saying that Weigl was thinking about moving to Arsenal, so this case is closed.
> Big chances mean nothing when the xG is bang average.
We had the 4th highest xG in the league. Chelsea was 3rd. Our xGs were very close (2 xG over the course of the season): https://www.fotmob.com/leagues/47/stats/season/15382/teams/expected_goals_team/stats
And we created more big chances
And we scored 15 more goals.
I agree they're going to be dangerous this season. But the point Op made was incorrect.
Regarding the experienced attacker, there is a new story about United being offered Higuain and Diego Costa on loan.
Feel free to use this as well (not obligatory, only if you want to):

Also, if you have trouble writing your own match events, check out http://sportsmole.co.uk/ or https://www.fotmob.com/, more often than not they have this.
Anyone who has Fotmob and is interested in just some careless fun here's the link to join my World Cup 2018 predictions league.

If it doesn't work and you need the code to join the league then heres the code! BMKMKWD
What are you talking about? They had 9 shots on goals and a higher xG than us that game https://twitter.com/XgSuperLig/status/1374797165122437121?t=pPckZGZWfajS0AdYZhJIkg&s=19
And against Norway they had a xG of 0.91 and we had 1.13 https://www.fotmob.com/livescores/3495288/stats/norway-vs-turkey
Very dominating performances for sure. Anyone that couldn't tell that this was a fluke was delusional, but you keep making up stats out of your ass :)
Statistically, that's a complete lie. De Jong created 9 big chances while Pedri created only 5. Also to be considered that De Jong had to play as a sweeper as well at times.
https://www.fotmob.com/leagues/87/stats/season/15585/players/big_chance_created/laliga
Well, I disagree. Gressel is third in the league in key passes per match and second in big chances created. He's a top player in the league this year.
The reason why he has a lot of incompletions is, as mentioned elsewhere, a lot of his passes are crosses. Crosses are lower percentage passes, but they're low risk (in the sense that they don't generate a lot of high quality counters) and high reward (in the sense that when they are complete they generate chances).
Lol if a super club goes through, you think greedy fucks like psg and Bayern don’t want in? You’re kidding yourself.
This Bayern fraud has called for a super league in the past
United to make 30m bid for Longstaff ACC to Times.

Cant believe I went from arguing Grealish was better than Bradley Dack to him being the most expensive English player of all time.
Also Tim Sherwood knew it https://www.fotmob.com/news/8buagygndv471gfux6jj9uj89/sherwood-i-wouldn't-sell-for-grealish-for-£60m
Surely it's got to be the Germans again. I also think Belgium could be a dark horse and make it as far as the final, they have the potential if they could just play as a solid team.
I definitely think it'll be Germany and either Brazil or Belgium
A final decision is set to be made on whether or not to play the match in 10 minutes, at the top of the hour (1900 CEST). They're really dragging this process out... https://www.fotmob.com/livescores/2683538/live-ticker/
It was released this morning that he returned to training today and that he may be making a much earlier return than was originally expected.
We've never seen Pefok Start, we know the current quality of Sargent(Yes, he will improve). What seems to be the problem? Should you reward him with another game straight after a dismal performance? Sargent had 5 shots with non of them challenging the keeper!
I just looked it up and it seems I was wrong, maybe I saw the stat before the Italy game. You can take a look here.
https://www.fotmob.com/leagues/50/stats/season/12715/players/expected_goals/euro
Let's say next year at the WC France will play Japan or China. Do you think Griezmann would stop playing if he and Dembele got a little too cocky on the pitch?
Griezmann: Stopping matches for homophobia, racism 'very good'
The game today at 5 vs Argentina is showing nothing for broadcast anywhere that I can find. I’m using the Fotmob App to track everything and it’s showing nothing for the broadcast.
I read this article today. It's about how defenders shouldn't be in the running for player of the year awards. Well, it makes that claim and does very little to support it and is mostly fluff. I guess my question is, what is the point of this article? Not only does it not support the claim its based around, the claim seems to ignore a large part of football.
some article talking about players we should sign.
3 are trash opinions, the other two have been on my list of transfer targets. Digne and Bissouma.
Talkin' about https://www.fotmob.com/news/x8pyimyjdllo1lobbllzg7lel is it? Now, they're not banned at all (but I don't think Fotmob are the friendliest for linking to), and in general when something's a direct interview like that, we'll normally let it stay up (so long as it's not from The Sun, like).
Just make sure it's named correctly and fire away.
A bit delayed reply here, but it looks like FotMob has the stats for individual teams at hand under the "head-to-head" section.
I'm on iOS and the two big ones are Onefootball and FotMob. Just personal preference, but I prefer FotMob, they also have a website. You can customize it so certain teams/leagues/comps stay at the top and you can hide the ones you don't want to see.
Yo. I made one earlier today and posted it. Myself and 9 friends so far. More the merrier!
Someone who knows better has already picked England to win it.
We have very similar brackets The only changes I saw on mine:
Serbia in over Switzerland Portugal beats Uruguay in Ro16 Germany beats Spain in semi
Edit: I also had Colombia over England
Ran into the same issues w/ my office pool. We finally found a good one that allows editing and joining leagues: https://www.fotmob.com/wc2018/competition
>We are a set piece team with the most talented roster on the continent. That doesn’t add up to me.

1) Set piece scoring is good, so yay?
2) We have the most talented (potential) of all teams in the continent, we have the most depth, we have a bunch of the best players at a bunch of positions. But we 100% do not have the best attacking talent in CONCACAF. Mexico likely has the experience/talent advantage (though has also struggled) and Canada has the potential/talent advantage (and has not struggled).
3) That is the reason why our midfield is dominant and our defense is legit and also a reason why our offense is only 2nd best right now. So it adds up just fine
And this formation isn't just being used for WCQ either, this is being build towards an eye on the WC. Adams at CDM is how we are going to win games there.

I get the frustration that we aren't dominating offensively, but we are also not as bad as is being suggested either:
https://www.fotmob.com/leagues/10198/stats/world-cup-qualification-concacaf/teams
We're basically 2nd in every offensive category ... Goals, Chances, Possession, Chances Missed, Passes. (unfortunately Canada is running away with 1st in most of them but that's moreso due to the fact that they've been playing in this qualification window since 2014 give or take -- i.e. any of the total stats are getting a boost by 6 games against weak competition for Can/SLV/Pan). The one category that we aren't near the top is penalties award where shockingly to all we haven't gotten even one (thanks CONCACAF Refs).
Didn't see Fotmob before I posted... but they gave him an 8.2. 90% pass completion, 4/4 on dribbles, 4 key passes, and got the assist. Couldn't have been so bad where he is out of the picture.
Since when did Beiranvand get benched for Iran?
https://www.fotmob.com/livescores/3630868?status=ongoing&h=0&a=0
Manager doesn’t like starting an attack with the goalkeeper throwing the ball out?
According to This Stats, Juve is number 10 in terms of big chances created, still below Fiorentina,
I agree tho that Vlahovic potentially will end up with better conversion rate than Morata and Kean
Sorry had to log into a different account because u/MiseryChapdelaine has been downvoted so much by the Arsenal fans on here that I can't post on that account on here anymore.
That's not true from what I see:
https://www.fotmob.com/match/3610130/matchfacts/arsenal-vs-manchester-city
xG first half
Arsenal 0.29 - 0.32 Man City
I don’t know about golden but he was the best Norwich player today per the stats.
https://www.fotmob.com/match/3610124/matchfacts/crystal-palace-vs-norwich-city
Also a shite player isn’t played 12/19 games by two professional managers and also so desperately that he’s played under fever.
https://www.fotmob.com/match/3610124/matchfacts/crystal-palace-vs-norwich-city
I'm just amused the fans in this sub clearly said he was the worst out today and his match rating hits higher than everyone else. Seems like expectations for him were way to high.
Personal ratings don’t really mean anything.
FotMob gave Abde a 7.7 and Dembele a 8.4 which got bumped because of the assist from a corner. Dembele did create more chances but overall their stats are the overall the same.
https://www.fotmob.com/livescores/3629132/matchfacts/player-match-card/692984/
https://www.fotmob.com/livescores/3629132/matchfacts/player-match-card/1209399/
This was only against Sevilla.
The fact that a Barca B kid is keeping up with Dembele says more about Dembele.
Looks like Xavi took quite a few of the regulars to Saudia Arabia for this friendly
If you look at the stats, we could have easily given away 1 goal. It was just luck. DDG shouldn't have to save xGOT 0.80.
TOT-NOR 3-0 (06/12) xGOT = 0.15
CHE-NOR 7-0 (23/10) xGOT = 0.07
0.80 is crazy high. DDG had to make 4 diving saves.
I just don't see any evidence of the defense improving.
I would deal in objective probabilities, not pat people on the back for getting lucky.
https://www.fotmob.com/match/3610065/player-match-card/843099/manchester-united-vs-arsenal
McSauce got 14 duels won this Arsenal match to become the highest duel won by a player till now this season. He almost pocketed Odegaard. Lowkey good sweeping performance to allow Fred to go wild. Yes there are flaws in his game but you dont know what tasks are players assigned to do.
Harry got 2 shots and intercepted a lot of early balls allow us to continue our attack.
Stfu.
I remember being so relieved last December when I bravely/foolishly captained someone else and saw that Snow Salah was benched.
https://www.fotmob.com/match/3613450/lineup/player-match-card/924431/jamaica-vs-usa
So now I have to listen to your insults and find easy info for you?
I'm not some stan, I watch Musah when he gets in with Valencia, every Juve match with McKennie, Adams having an ok year at Leipzeg, and have been enjoying Venezia put up a good fight in Serie A. Midfielder at heart.
A mediocre performance against Jamaica isn't something to sling negative comments about. Honestly if you rewatch the game you might have a different take.
It can be both. Maguire's in a rut. Shaw's in a bit of a rut and currently concussed. Varane's out injured. Fred & McTominay are either a great pairing or an awful one depending on what day of the week it is.
We've largely the same squad (plus Varane) that had something like the 4th fewest expected goals conceded & 5th fewest goals conceded last season. The wheels completely fell off the bus this season and only time will tell precisely why that was, but there's a clear combination of system & players to blame.
I'm primarily just amused by the stat because it's largely stating the obvious - we've been dreadful in defense this season, and the volume of xG is no real surprise after the Liverpool, City & Watford games.
Mate, what d o you mean not money hungry.
PSG 'offered private jet and hotel chain' to tempt Neymar'
He's the most money hungry player that I know of.
If you want xG for MLS I recommend FotMob, both the app and the site. Going off that LAFC xG for the match was 2.22 while Austin was 1.66.

https://www.fotmob.com/livescores/3561865/stats/austin-fc-vs-los-angeles-fc
It's nothing to do with Aubameyang. Messi is the only striker on the planet than can collect the ball in his own half and have a chance of dribbling everyone and scoring. Every other striker is dependent on the coach setting up the team to produces chances.

And that - setting up your strikers to score - the data says Arteta is poor at:
https://www.fotmob.com/leagues/47/stats/season/15382/teams/big_chance_created_team/stats
In the UK, maybe, because it has only happened two other times, both by Man United. But, many clubs celebrate being World Champions. And the great players care and so do their managers and so do their fans. https://www.fotmob.com/news/zmdshgdsza5j1cdlwlh0dgd87/messi-hungry-to-lift-club-world-cup-once-more
Currently watching the game via a live tracker. And it is as you might expect...
https://www.fotmob.com/livescores/3561857/liveticker/sporting-kansas-city-vs-chicago-fire-fc
I mean his conversion rate of big changes in 20/21 was better than mane, vardy, sterling, and firmino, so definitely not significantly worse than others, although obviously not up there with Kane / Salah etc.
>He was at Barca and left for Valencia because of ~~money laundering and FFP~~ lmao
Hope people actually look at this while they whine about things they don't understand. https://www.fotmob.com/livescores/3629105/lineup/athletic-club-vs-barcelona
Garcia was atrocious and tbh Araujo continues to not do enough in build up. We can blame the fullbacks all we want but central defense has been an issue on this squad for 5 seasons. That combined with a really poor performance from Pedri meant we never controlled the game the way we need to.
Probably not quite that high percentage. According to https://www.fotmob.com/livescores/2767775/stats/england-vs-germany the xG was 0.46 - I would expect an open layup to be way higher (if it's truly unguarded, probably 99% in the NBA)
Stats are not everything, especially when taken out of context. Griezmann has the second most chances created for Barca.
https://www.fotmob.com/leagues/87/stats/season/15585/players/big_chance_created/laliga
Watching the game, I thought we played poorly. Looking at the stats, though, we were decent.
Xg was 2.09
Got all my numbers from https://www.fotmob.com/ as a quick look. Thinking on it now, it probably is including all games for that team including cups. Sorry, for misleading I guess I should have said goals scored while playing for their current Bundes, PL, or Serie A team. As far as Tammy goes, that is including Swansea.
