Loads. I've been travel/working on and off for the last decade all over the world. I don't have experience in Uganda, but in Ghana it was so much fun watching games. They had CL and prem games they would stream on a TV in a little house. You pay like 25cents to get in and watch it with locals, definitely five that a shot.
In terms of streaming, just get yourself a VPN and your fine. I used my brothers cable login for ESPN and would just VPN my computer as if I was in the US and it worked everywhere. You can also just find streams and VPN if Uganda doesn't work. I like NordVPN.

It's not new and has been around for decades, being refined over and over in that period, but has only entered the footballing zeitgeist recently. There's a reason it's used across other big sports like Hockey and Basketball (though it goes by xFG for the latter). You'll find it accurately paints a picture in those areas too.
Unless there's a better methodology or metric out there to measure Son with, he, by current models, has all the statistical backing necessary to support the claim that he's the been the best finisher in the sport for half a decade.

The more I think about it, the more obvious it gets. Sorry! But I guess both records are easily in reach
100% get into it! It's very fun and rewarding. This isn't illustrator or procreate, I use Clip Studio Paint which is much cheaper than Adobe software and it's constantly updating. It's designed more for illustration than for photo editing (although there are still a few features where you can do basic editing).
As for the hardware, I use a Ugee UG-250 (or something of the like... Cant quite remember the name) as it's a cheaper alternative to the Wacoms. If you're not working consistently as a tradesman, you should look into XP-Pen as they do great stuff for a very reasonable price. If you already have an ipad, just pick up an apple pencil as I hear those things are great, and I've never heard anyone say a bad word about Procreate.

NordVPN is fantastic, with hundreds of servers all around the world, but lacks some features some people like - the client uses OpenVPN, which has more overhead and thus lower throughput than some other encryption types, but you can manually set it to use IKEv2/IPSec on pretty much any platform, and it doesn't currently support port forwarding which may be an issue if you want to have the VPN run but also host services out of your home like Plex, game servers, etc.
But overall it's great, easy to use, very inexpensive. They have a three year plan for $107 US right now.
IPVanish and ExpressVPN are also very popular choices.

Honestly man, yeah they're fine but I wouldn't really say 'good'. I had the Swift 1 which was OK but the build was a little plasticky - the Swift 2 has a nicer build but it's just there to occupy the middle of the market. It does everything you expect it to do well enough but no real bells or whistles on it.
Only real downside is the camera is pretty lame in low light conditions. There's loads of reviews on amazon that are probably better at summing it up than me.
