We'll be putting together some guides on transferring tickets, selling tickets, etc.
Sign up for a Sling TV 3-day trial. Choose Sling Blue, and add the Sports Extra package to get FS2. Set yourself a reminder to cancel it tomorrow so you don't pay anything. https://www.sling.com
Or watch on the TUDN app for free.
When I go to https://tv.youtube.com/watch/pLFqi_QADqI I see the LAFC logo, but it says "this program's currently unavailable to watch. Please try again later." This has been there for a few days now, but since this morning in the bottom right hand corner it says "Up Next: Before the 90." Searching Before the 90 in the search bar brings up a program that has zero episodes.
edit: Before The 90
I’m going to add my findings this year. I started with Hulu and ESPN+ streaming on Roku. I used ExpressVPN and had no problem at first. Then Hulu started blocking me saying I was bouncing around my home network and I can only streak from my home network. Aka causing me to get blackouts on ESPN+. I tried Sling. Their streams and UI are garbage. I used the local broadcast app moved my vpn to LA and watched the stream in Spanish on 31.1 for several games. Now I’m on YouTubeTv biting the bullet for the rest of the season. I’ve enjoyed ESPN+ a lot actually and found it to be amazing value. Hulu was the best overall but without LAFC streaming it’s a no go.
I been using Private Internet Access for a few years now. Speeds are great and they have plenty of servers around the world. They also have apps for all the major OS and it's pretty simple to set up on Linux or a router too.
The big unknown is whether ESPN+ will still work with VPN services, such as TunnelBear.
I used to follow the Earthquakes (I lived in the Bay Area before moving down to LA). TunnelBear used to work great with MLS Live, meaning you could overcome any local or national blackout by tunneling to Canada. (The only games that failed were games Vs Canadian teams that were being televised nationally in both the U.S. and Canada). It also allowed me to still follow games when I was out of the country.
If ESPN+ blocks VPN IP spoofing, then it'll be a totally different service from MLS Live for some.
i got this one myself bc the old one's cable was like 3 ft long and where our tv was made it hard to get signal for some channels and would be choppy, so the long one allowed me to run it outside our door and the usb amplifier boosted reception which is a bonus but not a requirement https://www.amazon.com/Upgraded-1byone-Amplified-Amplifier-Freeview/dp/B00IF70QCW/ref=zg_bs_172665_sccl_11/136-7484669-2238660?pd_rd_i=B00IF70QCW&psc=1
Def recommend the antenna. I paid about 10 dollars for one similar to this

I put a digi-antenna up in my attic and use Nvidia Shield + a USB tuner to record games on KCOP and/or Univision.
If you want xG for MLS I recommend FotMob, both the app and the site. Going off that LAFC xG for the match was 2.22 while Austin was 1.66.

I found it by searching LAFC through the browser.
Here is the link I have, not sure if it works for others: https://tv.youtube.com/watch/pLFqi_QADqI
I don't know about searching Apple TV, I was not able to find the channel searching on my Roku.
Found it on amazon. Looks like the same one. Only one Large left.
If you're keeping that subscription, cool, if not, you can use a different email address and credit card. I use an app like ExpressVPN or Turbo VPN on my Android phone or Chromebook. There probably are others you can use on a laptop, easy to google and find out instructions.
LAFC away games have not been blacked out on ESPN+ for me (in Central LA) yet. Whenever I read about blackout policy and the YouTube TV deal, it seems like they should be, so I'm always expecting it to suddenly go away.
Under MLS Live, one could use a VPN (e.g. TunnelBear) to circumnavigate blackouts. I haven't tried this strategy on ESPN+ yet (because no away games have been blacked out for me).
