It’s very hard to hard to say how people react in such instances , I was in a freak accident back in 2002 in a bolero where the car toppled , I was sitting in the rear seat , all the windows got shattered except for the ones in the middle row , everyone was safe but the doors dint open when we tried to get out , we tried kicking the windows at first to break them but it dint work and later I just pushed the power window button and it rolled down and all of us could get out of the window , So I’m assuming people in these instances get locked inside the cars because the electronics fail , I’m so paranoid about being in such a situation again that I always keep a window breaker in all of my cars glove boxes , I really recommend everyone to get something like this
So that's probably your first layer and perhaps the primer that's grazed. You need this https://www.amazon.in/Motomax-Car-Rubbing-Compound-200Gram/dp/B00XRCAECW/
Clean that panel as best as you can before you get started with the rubbing compound.
Mileage is subjective. Depends a lot on the kind of traffic, number of passengers, etc. I recently found out the quality of petrol also plays a role. Try filling up from a different fuel station. For the same car I get 12-16 kmpl in the city and 23 kmpl on the highway.
12 when I am stuck in the mother of all traffic jams. The car hardly moved 1 km in 45 minutes.
16 is in moving city traffic.
23 is in a mix of highway (90%) and city (10%) driving.
For context I have driven my Magnite about 1600 kms.
I do experiment with fuel - Shell (when and where available), XP95, regular unleaded with Addon fuel additive (https://www.amazon.in/SERVO-ADON-High-Mileage-Motor-Oil/dp/B07KJFC7N6).
I bought one from Yantralay School of gadgets. It is sturdy and the suction capacity is good. So far, it is working well. Here is the link.
Just be sure to remove it once in a while if you park your car under direct sun. The suction cup would melt.
Good luck!
Would differ on 2-3 items -
>2. Car cover - Link
I contacted TPH via phone call and whatsapp an year back to get a detailed spec sheet of the various covers they sell, considering how expensive they are and it took them more than 6 months to even acknowledge my query. A businees which doesn't take its pre-sale seriously will be no better at after-sales imo.
I instead went with Polco's waterproof cover (the blue one) which seems to be okay as per its price.
>3. Window tints - nowadays, one can get the shades which fit the window's shape. aren't they good?
>5. Portable tire inflator - Link
Similarly got burgmann's tyre inflator 5 years back since it was the best rated at that time and its pipe developed a leak and few other issues within a year. Sent it for repairs worth ₹500 and the pipe was replaced but it developed the same leak within no time.
Hence, I bought the cheaper 4+ star rated inflator which is functioning pretty well till now and can be replaced without much financial dent in case it develops any fault.
Just ordered https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B093DLNLTX/ref=ppx_od_dt_b_asin_title_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Will try to post a review in somedays.
I wish it had hill hold for giving you some extra time for moving it forward from standstill other than that the creep mode does a good job!
2) i do miss the convince of an onboard navigation system. I connect my mobile and use Google maps for navigation. I wish it had wireless Android auto connectivity to compensate the lack of onboard navigation. Wifi isn't available.
Bonus: the audio system is excellent! Use Wavelet to enhance it further!
I have bought 2 of these Tirewell Inflators for each of my cars, after recommendation from my Father in Law who uses the same one for his car. Solid build, compact, long wire/cord, and inflates tyres really fast.
You know the small tip painting brush (the one we use for painting sceneries with sun and birds). Use it to just cover the rusted area with it.
Honda Amaze uses H4 bulbs. Osram rallye 100/90 W are pretty good. Use a robust wiring harness and you'd have much better lighting performance.
Just do not forget to get the headlights levelled again. These bulbs can easily blind the oncoming traffic, so keep the lights levelled and dipped all the time. Post this upgrade, you'd not need fog lamps.
Since you have done more than 90k, I'd recommend you try injector cleaner. It should help clean the deposits and improve the injector pulse. Furthermore, it would prevent any injector related problems in future, too.
On a colleague's Innova, when it hesitated while cranking, the dealership told him to get all injectors and fuel pump replaced. Quote was stupid high. He used what I recommended and the problem vanished. Now, he does it every 15k km.
Get that ciggarette lighter adapter bluetooth FM transmitter. I got one for my 2004 car and it works absolutely great!
Trim restore compound on Amazon.
This two should do the trick. No need to go to paint shop. 1-2 hrs of scrubbing and it should be just like new.
It is a pretty decent product, I used the test unit for 6-7 months. The one I used had tracking and wifi too. The current dongle VW sells is actually the jiomotive device. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jio.jiomotiv
Okay this might sound like an MLM advertisement or something.
When I was in first year of college, I used to clean my car myself. After trying a lot of things, I tried Amway's SA8 SPRAY (not the liquid, SPRAY).
Here: https://www.amazon.in/Amway-Home-SA8TM-Prewash-Spray/dp/B01MSW13TC
So, spray this on the interiors or seats, let it sit for a bit and then use a soft cloth to clean the surface. It will clean ANYTHING, 10 year old dust? shoe marks on beige interiors? Dusty insides of door pockets? ANYTHING
And after applying sa8, just wipe a dry soft cloth on the surface. It will look like new.
TBH I found cleaning my car with this most satisfying, even better than a paid service although it took me a couple of hours. But the compliments of a 10-year old Hyundai looking like new were worth it.
I still think to this day, safety is not yet a metric that most people go by while purchasing a car. They look for availability of service centres, road presence, cost factor, amount of features the car provides at that price point. Safety, although is considered by a few but that's a mere fraction. Had that been the case, products like these would've never been sold and reviewed in such large quantity. The audacity of people not wearing a seat belt justifying that they're headed for in-town nearby grocery purchases! It is fun and interesting to note the GNCAP ratings of a car at any point, but eventually this will turn out to be just a sales pitch for companies towards consumers who'd barely know the details of it.
Drive sedately, enjoy the roads, give way to pedestrians and above all, Stay Safe and Be Cautious.
Literally 8 out of 10 brezza i have seen, had this grill. Or this one. Few years back i got confused it by range. Looks really good, there are very less after market accessories that have oem quality.
Bosch Aquatak 125 1500-Watt High Pressure Washer https://www.amazon.in/dp/B07BLCWPNR/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_9JJZ3Y6A7H6B8YAMZX5W
This is the one that I use. Had to get a replacement from Amazon since the plastic was cracked. But the replacement works fine.
I used to tip around 10 in Bangalore. But I would skip sometime if there is a queue and it would be months before I could get it filled again (out of my lazyness). I later bought tyre inflator. I check the pressure weekly/fortnightly (generally on Sundays). That has worked better for me and I save time at fuel pump.
In case you want to buy the pump I bought, you can get it from https://www.amazon.in/Michelin-Digital-Single-Barrel-Foot/dp/B07CQ7B1P3
Cheap and Good upgrade but Illegal - Philips Rally 130/110W bulb + Hella/Philips Harness Relay
Cheap but Mediocre upgrade - Philips XtremeVision 60/55W
Expensive upgrade - get either projector headlights from top model Tiago/Tigor or Get projectors locally or some known vendors like Blaze India and use with these HID Kit - https://www.amazon.in/dp/B071G58JZH/

I use this one
Although its bit pricey but keeps the interior clean, have been using it for 6 months now and the phone sticks to it like there is no tomorrow
One thing to keep in mind is the phone case needs to be thin else the magnetic pull wont be strong enough. Spigen thin fit cases are ideal as they have the grove cut out inside to fit the steel plate for the magnet.
Most of them are like that. All cheap Chinese made stuff.
This one has lasted longer than the others that I previously had.
Also, avoid the magnetic ones... The magnet eventually becomes weak and won't be able to hold your phone for long.
This is the one i use and works pretty well but it isn't flawless. Though it only works on clear coat scratches and won't fix paint damage.
so one time the service center said we can flush the engine for better mileage. i said go ahead.
this flush oil will clean all metal debris and all kind of oil and metal mix inside the engine.
Sth like this - https://www.amazon.in/dp/B09MR4G7D4/ . Got this from local shop for ₹400 and it does the work.
I don't use this one but you can still look at it if its too hot at your place - https://www.amazon.in/dp/B074JJWHMM/

No its not L shaped. Yes sometimes even I have seen connection issue, but mostly works fine if you re-insert cable properly.

If you want a good car perfume check this out. been using it for more than an year now. lasts long and smells great. Even get inquiries from people sitting in the car for the first time.
I searched team-bhp for reviews and found many good or okayish reviews of TPH but..
1) they are too damn expensive
2) there is not a precise distinction between their covers. For eg on amazon, I found Hamster, Astrolite, Armor within my budget. But when I read the product details, each of them had similar features and couldn't understand the advantage of one model over another. Adding to this, iirc Armor wasn't even mentioned on their site at that time - an year back (now they are).
3) so I WhatsApp-ed them on contact numbers - one I found on their site and another I found on team-bhp. I sent them a msg enquiring about the exact feature set and check if I could get it cheaper from them directly. Then, I didn't get a reply for 3-4 months on both the numbers. And in reply, they sent me the same pics which are already available on Amazon and didn't care to describe the feature set in detail and just said that these are the best car covers and just buy any.
I didn't like the atitude and found the customer service part too lacking. If they can't reply to a sales enquiry, I don't expect them to cater to me after I have bought their product at all.
4) Though they may use better materials in the covers but its not like their car covers are the next best thing since sliced bread either. Team-bhp has a few bad reviews about their covers as well so they aren't exactly fill it, shut it and forget it kind of deal exactly.
So I rejected them and bought a Polco cover - https://www.amazon.in/dp/B099PV6G8C/
Seems to have performed well in last 5-6 months. Was 100% waterproof before someone made a few holes in it while firing crackers at diwali near my car. Good looking too and 100x better than the cover I bought from local dealership for same price. Polco also sells a Tyvek variant, team-bhp recommends Tyvek but I have no idea what that material is so can't comment.
70mai dash cam lite . Got it for 4999 last december .. running fine so far .. i installed it myself in 10-15 mins only

It clearly shows XUV 500.
Assuming the OP was curious about the device attached. That is an emission testing device. You can even see the name of the company on it - AVL. The cable that goes inside is connected to several recording and analytic devices that collate the volume, temperature, gas, etc.
Here's an example of the device attached to exhaust, collecting the emission data. And here's how it could look on the inside.
I use ddpai Mola n3 gps. Has worked good so far.
I like Little Trees Vent wraps - [yellow ones]( Little Trees Vent Wrap Air Freshener, New Car Scent, 4 Packs of 4: Amazon.in: Health & Personal Care )
Not sure why Amazon shows 3k for them, a local shop at my place sells packs of 4 for 200 bucks. Love the smell and they last for around a month. I use only two at one time.
